Very friendly and I was in and out in less than 10mins. This is our second time using them. Will definitely use them whenever I need a u-haul.

I rented a truck on 4/27/2020 and was forced to pay insurance even though I was only going a few miles. Before this I rented a truck in another place about a week earlier and was not forced to get insurance. I tried to look up their policy on the insurance but it does not say anything about insurance being mandatory in 2020. I had to pay over $40 just to go a few miles and pick up one item. I think even if we are forced to pay insurance we should get that $10 refunded when the truck is returned without damage.

I reserved the truck online I uploaded all my information driver license picture, credit card information, then i did the online check in to save time at the counter,

when I when to the counter they did have any information about my reservation, I was scare because I uploaded all my personal information online and they didn’t have it at the store, where is my information now my drive license and my credit card numbers? They ask me for my driver license and credit card information again and I waste like 45 minutes just to get the truck,
finally when i got the truck, the gas wasn’t accurate with the paper, the truck was good and did the job, but when I came back to returned It was another Problem, the lady told me and the end I will email a receipt you are ok you can go, I told her I want to see my receipt first before I leave, when
I received the receipt i found the charges me $25 dollar for cleaning fee, when the truck was clean, I ask the lady about and she got mad With me, because she told me she didn’t charge me for cleaning, but I told her the receipt is shown $25 dollar cleaning fee, she and the other lady at the office made me fell bad, after more than 30 minutes watting and both of the ladys was surprised because I was asking for my $25 dollar back, theys call a manager and someone and finally gave me the refund, It was a very bad experience for me renting a truck, and I never recommend or rent from that office again.
