They didn’t have a truck for me. They didn’t honor my reservation. Go elsewhere there is ok reliability. They just turned me away. Don’t waste your time with this location

These people steal your money I do not recommend using U-Haul for absolutely nothing I rented some trailers for them and returned them and they used my credit card to order food from doordash and whatever else they wanted to I had to go to my bank and freeze my account and file a claim so that I could get my money back you always the worst company in the world

U hall company is great.we had an issue with this location where they added the miles from 15 to 70 and they charged gas even though we had filled it to the same exact amount as when we took it. But customer service did refund it after long phone conversation. So I say take pictures of miles and gas before you drive out of their parking and compare it to the paper they gave you. Keep Track and evidence of miles you drive and gas you fill.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Reserved a truck for an entire day and when we get there to pick it up they didn’t have it.

The clerk was extremely rude and did not help find a solution.

I had to drop of after closing some guy came out cussing at me in a language I didn't know I parked it in a spot but I guess he didn't like it he couldn't even walk

Reserved a truck well on advance only to arrive to pickup and not have a truck. No accountability. U-haul customer service was.not helpful and cancelled my reservation. Reserved at Penske.

Located inside a convenience store and gas station with a single cashier can make pickup and drop off slow. Even with the mobile checkout, plan an extra 15 minutes. It would be nice to have dedicated staff for the rental counter. Otherwise the back lot where the equipment is parked has plenty of parking for your car.

The service was excellent, she was very knowledgeable Lorena I think was her name she knew what I was talking about and she was very helpful

The best experience I have ever had at a truck rental place! Open and ready to get me going at 7am, then when i returned, it's as if he knew I was coming and ready to receive my truck. Finished up quickly and easily! I could not have asked for a better or easier experience. A+ all the way!
