HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It's been a week and I STILL haven't heard anything back about my property that, I'm pretty certain, was left in one of their vehicles. I also was charged for an entire day when I only used the rental for a few hrs and returned it the time I was supposed to but the place was closed and the guy didn't even tell me what steps to take upon return or anything! No information or anything just assumed I knew what was supposed to happen like I wasn't a new customer and I haven't heard anything back after calling and sending emails repeatedly. I am NEVER coming back to this U-Haul EVER AGAIN! A complete joke of a place.
