They were friendly enough. Just make sure you double check, that what you reserved, update often. I suggest you complete all required documents on line. If you don't, the night before you'll discover "it's rented to someone else! " Follow up, follow through.

The gentleman in charge was nice and respectful but the facility is pretty slummy, it's in the ghetto. Also he's running a hotel there and he seems really busy, if you're in a hurry or afraid to give your debt card number to a guy who enters it in on his laptop, then I wouldn't go here. My experience was pleasant whoever so I'm pointing out what I think you may not like.
