7 Nobody to check the truck when you pick off or returned.
Empty gas tank.
Nobody in office at the time of return.
And then they want to charge you for half of the tank.
I won't rent a truck with them anymore. It's not worth it.
The worst experience ever!
Always is a problem with this place. If you call nobody answer, and nobody can give you an explanation about nothing, no matter you have a previous reservation. They send you to another location and after three hours trying to pick up my truck we had to cancel the reservation.
I don’t recommend H haul.
They complicate the process to the customer instead of facilitate it.
Bad experience ever!
Had a great experience with our moving, Alex at the agency went ABOVE AND BEYOND, made all possible efforts to accommodate our request that was initially assigned to another local agency which didn't even bother telling us the truck was not available for the scheduled date and time of our moving (despite our online check-in and the whole thing). Well against all odds, not only Alex saved the day, but made the whole moving experience less stressful and even pleasant. Very clear, friendly and professional way of dealing with clients - precise, honest and upfront. He called us in advance to let us know the dolly we requested was n/a and arranged for a similar one to be in the truck (clean and in good working conditions). Drop off instructions were also clear, he even offered to give us a ride back home! Couldn't be more satisfied, already recommended to friends, THANK YOU! GRACIAS!
Very easy to rent a truck, also Mr Alex was very nice person and help me a lot. I recommend this place if you looking for a good service and faster truck.
