U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, Lantana FL

I was moved over to this U-haul location after the reservation changed. Although U-Haul system messed up and was not the stores fault. The employee that was their at the time, stayed after closing hours to try to get me my reservation even though it dint show up in the system. Although my issue wasnt resolved due to errors with the system, I am leaving a positive review due to the employee going above and beyond and staying after he was suppose to close. That effort was very appreciate across all the frustration I had with my reservation. 10/10 on the employee, but like 2/10 for the weirdness of U-Haul messing me up and moving me too like 2 more stores.

Overpriced! Management is terrible. Don’t know how to talk to people and charge u for hidden fees. Trust me take your business somewhere else.

With my company sometimes I need boxes and merchandise last minute and this location never fails me or my clients. Prices may be a little Up but the location is convenient and right next to i95. Also the manager always looks out for me when I get above a certain price

Literally the best service I’ve ever gotten at any u-haul place they’re very helpful and patient with you they always try to give you the best advice possible when renting highly recommend them especially the 2 lady’s that’s work there always have positive attitude and always work with you.

This place overcharges you for boxes avoid this place a franchise should have uniform prices - RUN FROM THIS LOCATION $ 1.79 for a small box you can get at $ 1.06 in boynton - crooked run operation

Worst experience for using Uhal for the first time. Employee didnt show up on time when they were to be open and had a difficult time returning the vehicle also. Do not recommend coming here

I was charged $52 extra for gas and I only drove 5.5 miles!

If I could give 0 stars believe me I would! Literally the WORST customer service I have ever received. I’m still amazed why UHAUL would have Tammy working there. No one in the store and they take their sweet time to assist the customer. Terrible attitude. Almost as if she did not want to be working. I will never ever come back to this place. I prefer to go farther and pay extra before ever coming here again.

When I got there the system was down. Planned the day around being able to pick up a reservation and I could not. I now have to schedule a new day in the future instead of being done with this process.
