Does not treat customers with kindness. Only 1 person able to help with rentals = unreliable.

If I wasn't on a strict timeline I'd return our trailer and do business with anyone else.

The over all experience was ok.
What got to me was I had a 24 hour rental. Came in the next morning for an extension. Come to find out some had booked it for 9 am and I had till 5 pmwell long story short they rearranged things and I was able to finish my move.

The person who rents the truck wasn't there, took over a hour.gave "my" truck to the wrong person & he had to come back with my keys then the truck on the app wasn't what I was looking because they "upgrade" to a larger truck I didn't need & this trucks AC was broken & THEN when I returned it the guy said "oh bummer you got the one with the broken AC.like they knew I wasn't going to have AC in Florida in july? !? !? ! Not to mention the transmission sounded like it was going to blow up every time it shifted. I also got a hold on my card that I'm about to raise hell about

Nice folks, but a bit disorganized. Hopefully my experience was not representative of a normal experience here, but it took me 45 minutes for the gas station rep to allow me to hook up a trailer that I had reserved and paid for online (wouldn't let me take the one I reserved due to databasing issues, unfortunately). I think it's probably worth the trip to the Fort Walton UHaul center.

Good and conveniently located U-Haul store. Parking the trailers when returning may be hard at times though because of the trees and uneven surface. But the biggest advantage of this location is that they're open on weekends as well, which I really like. Sometimes we need a trailer just for weekend to work on our yard projects and I always know where to go when those needs arise.

The owner was very helpful in letting me know what I need to move a broke down truck has a lot of U-Haul equipment to rent and is happy to help you out.

I give this place zero stars. I booked a truck days in advance. I scheduled the pickup time to be noon. When I got there I found out they canceled my reservation. I contacted uhaul and they rebooked my reservation. After all that I waited over a hour for service only to find out they had only one person there working the cash register at the gas station and no one to assist me with the uhaul trucks. I traveled from North Carolina to Florida to empty a storage unit and I had a very small window to get it done. And this place cost me money and wasted my time. Now I have to take time off work again and travel all the way from North Carolina to Florida to empty the storage unit.

I tried renting the cheapest thing that would suit my needs. I needed to move one thing from Navarre and one thing from shalimar. When quoted the price for the flat out cheapest transport was $100 bc of the distance to Navarre. When I said I wouldn't go Navarre and instead would only use it to go to shalimar and back dude said he still had to charge me $100. They are just trying to rob you.

I had a good u-haul experience here. I rented for a local move. So I returned it here, again no problems.
