First time dealing with them over a phone call. As soon as the phone picked up lady was like call me back in like ten minutes and hung the phone up. I didnt even get one word out my mouth. U-haul needs to remove there business from this location its bad for there reputation

My friend was trying to help me get my car towed to a different location so her and her boyfriend tried to go here first to see about getting a tow dolly, they called before arriving and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and short with them on the phone, but they still decided to try and stop in anyways thinking maybe she was busy and it would be different when they got there. Once they arrived my friend calls me to tell me how rude and unprofessional the lady at the counter was. Telling them they couldn’t rent the equipment they needed and just very nasty about it, there are ways about going as far as the way you speak to people and the way this lady handled it was very unprofessional. From someone who works with customers on a daily basis I found it very unprofessional the way she went about handling the whole situation, if she would of just kindly told them they weren’t able to get the type of dolly they needed it would have been a completely different scenario. But needless to say I wouldn’t waste my time or money on that place seeing how there are multiple places like this in the area. Just don’t waste your time on this place…

We went to rent a tow dolly in which they had multiple available and the lady at the front desk was completely unprofessional and rude. Not sure her name but she has a dog named ace whom she brings to work with her. Not only was she rude to us as paying customers but we also witnessed her being very rude and short with customers whom were calling while we were trying to do a contract.

Waited for over 20 min for service to fill up on propane after talking to the owner and no one came out to help. Worst customer service I have had to deal with in a decade

I have challenges with the return location assigned been far from me, contacted this locatios that is the closest for their assistance. Vanessa assisted in a very professional matter, she is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, took care of the issue very quickly and I was able to return my truck quickly. Thank you!
