5I had a reservation at 8: 30am (I did self pick up since they don’t open until 10am). I arrived at 8: 15am to give myself time to do the check-in process, got my truck number through the app, found the truck and it was parked against a wall and blocked in by cars/trucks on all sides. Completely unaccessible. I had movers coming at 9: 00, and so now have to pay for the extra time they will be waiting because I couldn’t get the truck on time. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Had to call Uhaul customer service and have my reservation moved to another location that (thankfully) had a truck available.
I don't like that these clowns have such poor reviews and they never attempted to apologize or explain to any of their victims of poor service.
The Basic Food U-Haul people were very pleasant. However, the truck was dirty (we cleaned it) AND U-Haul switched my pickup location without notifying me. It wasn't far, just not expected.
Nothing but terrible experience. We will never return to this location. Our booking is for 9.30AM. We didn’t get the key until 9.50AM. We missed our flight because of this. Zero professionalism.
Made a reservation for 9 am and the representative wasn’t there at 9: 30. Nor was there a trailer on site for what I had reserved. The auto dealer on site gave me a phone number and nobody answered. Was very disappointed to have arranged a move around this reservation.
