I’d give 0 if I could. Booked weeks in advance, only to show up and have them tell me they are closed and don’t do online reservations even though I was able to book one. I’ll pay 10x the price to never deal with uhaul or this location ever again. Save time and get a Penske.

I had to drop a vehicle off at this location one day last week. I was unaware this was not a 24 hour drop off. However, Ron, greeted us with a smile, at least an hour after store closed and saw that our truck was logged in as received! Great customer service from Ron! Thanks again

Good U Haul rental location. Either has the equipment or can get it for you. We rented a truck and pull behind on two separate occasions and the service and equipment were both good.

The truck was dirty and smelled bad and I was over charged and I will not ever go back the Sebastian store

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL DEALER, unless you would like to be defrauded. I would choose NO STARS if it were possible. I rented a dirty and worn truck for one day at 4pm. I was moving my things 12 miles, round trip. I needed the truck for 1 more day. After refilling the tank, and cleaning the dirt from a truck that I had not dirtied, I attempted to return the truck at 2 pm on that third day and they refused to check the truck in stating I had to keep the truck for the weekend or I would be charged $100.00!? ! If I left the truck. I called corporate to find another dealer where I could drop the truck off (it's uhaul, right? !?) and they informed me that the particular truck I had was a "stock" truck (in Florida with Arizona plates on it.) and that I WAS UNABLE TO DROP THE TRUCK OFF AT ANOTHER UHAUL DEALER. He told me to go ahead and drop the truck off there and he would contact them and take care of problem. He also stated he knew nothing about a $100.00 charge, and verified it was not uhaul policy. The next day I was contacted by an employee from this uhaul dealer here, he told me they were not going to close out the bill on the truck unless I paid the $168.00! Obviously I flat out refused and reiterated the invalidity of that charge and all the details therein. Well, I just received a bill from uhaul for over $300.00, with cooked charges which included the $100.00 charge listed as "cleaning"? !? , $80.00 in mileage charges, I went 12 miles round trip ONE TIME; $80.00 fuel charges, I refilled the truck before I brought it back. With the state of things in this country right now, it appears that this uhaul dealer has decided to join the growing number of scammers and take advantage of innocent people. Please be forwarned.

Had to change reservation location at the last minute to this location. Incredibly clean, organized business who handled mybreservation, got me the needed truck immediately and upon return of truck completed all paperwork in less than 5 minutes. Thanks

Acorn (nka Storage Sense) runs an efficient and helpful business.customer friendly and have the right (and well maintained) equipment. Uhaul (nationwide) could improve on speeding up the paperwork and process. (frequent-renter program or faster computer checkouts) ? **Update, since it sold Aug 2018, still has same good service!

I recently rented a trailer. When the rental was entered into the system, I was initially overcharged. The representative corrected the bill and sent me on my way. When I returned the trailer later that same day, I was again over charged and charged an fee for insurance that I specifically declined. The representative was able to correct the rental charge but couldn't correct the insurance fee. Being overcharged once is a problem, but being over charged twice on the same rental is inexcusable. To be fair, it isn't clear if the issue is with the rep or the system. Either way, it was an unpleasant experience. I notice Home Depot has trailers to rent. I think I'll go there next time.

They treated us badly, and wasted a lot of our time.will go somewhere else next time I need to rent a trailer
