Had several good experiences. People are very nice and equipment is always in good shape. Thank you for being open and working with my hectic schedule
For starters the address is incorrect. GPS just takes you to the middle of no where. But if that isn't bad enough, we reserved a uhal a week ahead of time for our move of over 13 hours today, only to have to call and find out where this place is at and was greeted with the most rudest woman with the poorest customer service. She explained that she closed for the day because no one was showing up. (Probably due to the incorrect address on google) and proceeded to tell us we are just screwed out of our money with no remorse or and no help for a resolution. I'm completely disgusted with this woman and how she is even still on business.
