Worst place
Didn't install hitch, said they didn't do that AFTER I paid and scheduled 3 weeks in advance
Bad company. Horrible job. My wife and I have been in hell for 7 days straight. Tuck broke down. We were left stranded for 10 hrs. U-Haul said they will help us, haven't done anything yet to make it right. They are liars. Never rent U-Haul again.
The people were really great. Friendly and helpful
The installation technician is skilled beyond belief. He explained everything. Gave good advice. And did the installation perfectly. Wow. Give that man a big increase in pay. He deserves it.
The installer allowed us to look at everything prior to installation so we knew we would like the result prior to installation
