Great experience using this service to move my mom from Texas to Michigan! Communication was great. Staff were professional and went above and beyond in stopping by to unlock the container when we forgot to add items. Highly recommend using them for your moving needs!

Upack was simply awesome. We needed a service fast after another told us they couldn’t do it after having our reservation for 2 weeks. Their customer service went above and beyond to make it happen. Drivers and local terminal communication were great. I hope to not move again but I know who to call if need. Highly recommend!

I questioned if I wanted to write a review or just call it a loss, but decided to just write it anyways and save someone the loss if I could. I want to start with saying the customer service is wonderful and the reason we went with UPAK and storage in the first place. After reading some reviews we made sure to ask some questions about where the packs were stored. Cause we knew we were going to store them for a few months. Might I add it is 150 a pod a month. So we paid 450 a month for just storage. We were definitely lied to. As many things had burns in them from the hot metal that clearly sat in the sun, mold and plenty of moisture on all of our furniture, along with huge army ants and roaches. They also clearly are not gentle with the pods once they are out of your sight. Because we had a tool box that was sitting on the ground that had gotten folded in, 2 tvs broke, and much more. UPAK was not the most expensive but by no means cheap either and to have our stuff ruined the way it was is just sad and wrong. I would never recommend them and hope they change for the sake of their business.

Had my pod here for months and I have been charged $150 each month. I finally ask for delivery and get nothing from them. Call 2 days before my delivery for confirmation and am told some machine is broken and I won't get my stuff on my delivery date (that I scheduled weeks ago). Why didn't I get notified by them? Why was no one going to tell me? Why don't they have back ups for crucial machineries? I have work. I can just take off any day when I scheduled it for a specific day. I want my stuff back. I am so upset and I have no idea what kind of state my items are in.

We have moved a lot over the years, and I can say that this company was the worst. When we received our items after moving from WA to FL there were multiple holes in the roof of the truck and it had rained. We stored the box car for several weeks so by the time we got our items delivered to our new house a majority of our furniture and other household items had mold all over them. I tried to clean but we eventually had to get rid of it all. We lost all our furniture and a lot of general items. We still have not heard back from company about replacement. I was originally told that they could give me about 300.00 to replace 2 living room sets and multiple bedroom sets.

ABF/UPack services are awesome! We moved from Virginia to Florida. They were on time, courteous, explained everything thoroughly. The 800 number and service centers always kept us informed and helped us with any questions we had. Because we have a large house, we ended up using a 28 foot trailer. I felt it was quick, simple, no fuss, no muss, and credit their staff to relieving my anxiety during this move. I highly recommend them. Three cheers for Jordan, Chris, Cindy, Sandy, and Lee.

Convenient and great quality service. I moved from FL to OR, almost across the country diagonally but my relocube arrived in 7 days, very impressive. None of my single item broke during the transition.
Trucks arrived the scheduled time, no delay at all. Drivers are very friendly and they reminded me the how to contact the service when I finish loading and unloading even this information had already been written. Only the first time, when they drop off your cube, the signature is required. Otherwise, I planned my schedules without interruption.
Overall, it is a very decent service and great experience.
BTW, the cube can fit way more than I thought, which is awesome!
