U Relax Spa Foot & Body Massage, Pembroke Pines FL

Went there before like 2 years ago and it was amazing so me and my husband decided to go back for a day date but today was not the best. It was basically a nice rub.did face down only and the neck! I kept waiting for face up when it happened she did my neck and said that's it. I was thinking wth. Then a dog came in my room after. I've never been to a spa with a dog that was very off putting. I left a tip even though I didn't want to which they basically tried to force. Please remember tip is not mandatory and you should be grateful for whatever the customer decides to leave.

I called twice to confirm my appointment. I arrived to my appointment and they didn't have a person to do my massage. No customer service. No service.

They never cease to amaze us. My wife and i went in for a foot and full body massage. Hands down the one of the best ones. Service is amazing and the staff are great.

I got from Groupon - call make appointment and still pay extra $20 in the morning appointment. Where the discount? The price at the website almost the same the same they offer. The one work on my mom did really good job - the one work on me offer me Cupping (pay $40 extra - Np) but she did not give me full massage and cut off the time not like the tech gave for my mom

Me and my boyfriend went for a couples massage and had a terrible time. We both paid for 60 minute body and 30 minute foot massage. We started with the foot massage and both of our massage therapists kept getting up and leaving, at one point was on their phone, kept switching out different people & then shorted us 10 minutes of the 30 minute foot session. I told them three times it had only been 20 minutes and they just ignored me. Then when we went in for the body massages they gave us both men when I asked for a girl. Then the male massage therapist kept sliding my thong all the way down when I kept pulling it back up and was obviously uncomfortable. I’ve had massages before and they have never just pulled down my underwear like that. They never touch my underwear. And then of course they shorted our 60 minute body to 50 minutes. So shorted us a total of 20 minutes, but it’s fine because I didn’t want to endure that anymore than I had to anyways. The massage itself was terrible. That was the most un relaxing massage I’ve ever had and they didn’t even give us the time we paid for. And to top it all off they chased us out into the parking lot asking for a tip. I will NEVER come back here.

The massage was half decent, we pay before being serviced, they told us to call the next day for an appointment because they were full and they weren't, the switched me to a less experienced person halfway through my massage, the massage was cut 15 minutes short, they chased me out the door for a tip (even tho I still left one), customer service wasn't all that great, overall I won't be going back and I don't recommend them

The massage it self wAs good but I don’t think those bed where clean I got my massage Saturday it’s not Monday and my skin is breaking out and itching not a pleasant feeling and I’m not allergic to Any foods etc

Massages are so particular to the individual and when you find the person who has the right technique just for you, then that's a winner! Loved the massage I received and will definitely be returning as a regular client.

Amazing foot massage, reasonably priced. Very excited to have found this hidden gem. Looking forward to returning. My only comment would be please put the phone on vibrate.

My wife and I came here while on a short vacation and the massage was excellent. The pressure was pretty rough for my wife but I enjoyed it very much as I like my massages with high pressure. The massage honestly felt longer than an hour because of how much they accomplished. We got a full massage, hot stones, and towards the end they stretched us and even got a few good back cracks in. Highly recommend if you have a tight back, or like high pressure massages it will definitely help

Interesting experience if you’ve never been to an Asian massage place or it’s been a while. I paid for a foot massage and was given a full body massage on the comfy lazyboy-type of chair. Communication was a little bit of a barrier, but I will return!

I had the Thai massage with felt so amazing. I also did a couples massage which was really relaxing for us both. 10/10 would recommend. Appointments and service were very prompt!

I recently had the most delicious massage as a treat from my boyfriend. It was 90 mins of pure bliss. I actually fell asleep twice lol. I love to chat but I appreciated having a quiet, non talkative masseuse so that I could focus on relaxing. She applied perfect pressure and the hot stones were the perfect temperature. My only regret is that we didn't book more time! I'm very much looking forward to my next visit!

I needed this massage. I had the Asian man. He not only gave me a massage but also stretched my body too. I can honestly say that I never experienced this method before. He massaged me from head to toe, then stretched my arms, back, and legs. He stretched out the tightness in my feet too. A couple of times I wanted to cry, but my body needed to be stretched. They would have got 5 stars if they didn't charge me $5 for using a credit card.
