U-STOR Self Storage, Largo FL

When I went to sign up, they were great seemed clean and very friendly. The only disappointment was the size of the storage units. They are not 10 x 10. However, I had my stuff there for four years, due to an injury and not being able to get back from New York to get it. I picked it up earlier in November, 2021. I called ahead and talked to the manager. She told me to come in before emptying my storage units. So when I got there, I went in. She looked at me like I was nuts and wouldnt even get up from her chair. I Gave her my name and she said yeah, what are you coming in here for. I said I was told to come in here before emptying my units. She said no not necessary. I said OK well thank you for everything. She said you can go and she gave me a very dirty look. My bed.my couch in my office chair Had a bug issue and had to be thrown away, but they were there a long time. I really feel they did a good job keeping things up. But they really need to up their customer service and friendliness. The woman in there was extremely rude and I’ve been doing biz with them for four years.

Great management, Keep them as long as you can! The grounds are kept clean. I don't see any riff raff going on around there! And if there was they would take care of it ASAP. There very helpful and friendly! Will work with you the best they can within the rules of the property.

Great hospitality, the employees were very respectful, and helpful. This place was very easy to get my personal belongings in my unit. I definitely would recommend this to a family member or friend, also can access my unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Great people. Always take care of their customers. I left my unit open by accident. They immediately closed it put their lock on and contacted me.

This is my 2nd time renting a unit here. I have moved and they had a location right down the street at my new location and they waived the admin fee for me staying with them while I am in transit. I have always received great service and would recommend the Largo FL and Jacksonville FL.locations. Thank you.
