I do not receive assistance from any of you by phone, by email neither. Uber is taking away worked money from me with a NEGATIVE BALANCE IS NOT MINE, I'm very upset!

I used Uber the entire week I was in Miami. Everything was great…. Until my last day, 6/5/21. Yoel picked my son and up at Holiday Inn Oceanfront to take us to Miami International Airport. The small luggage was put on the passenger side (the trunk was full with our other luggages). The driver did not speak much English (actually any). When dropped off, I grabbed my luggage front seat and went to tip him cash. I tipped $11 on a $17 fare. Well, I dropped my phone in the front seat as I went to gave him the money. I called my phone a dozen times from my son’s cell phone, hoping he pick it up. It kept ringing. I guess he got tired, and turned off my phone because eventually it went to voicemail. Later, he turned it back on because it was ringing again. My phone was not backed up so I’ve lost precious photos of my son’s high school graduation last week. I’ve recently contacted Uber, and they tried connecting me to the driver. He will not respond still. Until recently, I could not log into my Uber account because I had forgotten all my passwords to my apps/iCloud/etc. I contacted the Dade Police Department who said since I did not have this person’s physical address…. I needed to file with my local police department then they could do something (hopefully). And that’s where I’m at now. What a hassle. All because I wanted to give this man a generous tip, I was parted with my phone. Never again will I get into a car with a driver who cannot speak English. Lesson learned. A wonderful trip ruined last minute.

I love it, it's faster easy access and you don't have to wait. The service is great, friendly and really knowledgeable.

Poor app to Rider issues u cant load a gift card an use it to pay a 5.74 $ balance that i owed from the day before! Leaving me stranded! Thanks alot must be the riders "costumers fault "

Excellent service, and I want to congratulate Andrea, (Customer service) she is always willing to help, with patience and a great smile, excellent treatment and guidance and explains very well to the questions of the drivers, she is the best customer service agent, congratulations because she represents Uber very good!

This is the Uber location where they help you with any problem that you may have in your account. They also help you with the steps that you need in order to register to become a driver and have your background check in good standing as well as making sure that your insurance is up to date. Once everything is good and set correctly then they help you start making money and get you on the road

Über is the biggest fraud and greed company ever seen, they just raise the price in south florida to the customers and not drivers, they are taking more than 50%from driver and the sad thing most of the drivers don’t know.

Bad company, they dont have any respect for drivers, there is a comission clossing accounts, whithout to know how we work. I didnt know that i have the right to cancel a right for a razon, and they closed to me the account, after investing in a big car. That is the price a received.

Uber you guys are in for one hell of a lawsuit with this express uberpool scam. You think having your riders jaywalk busy intersections such as biscayne during rush hour to save your company money is wise business practice? Ha!

Worst thing that could ever happen with this apps in their war for the money is their Uberpool and Line. As always they don't care about if the driver makes enough money, they just rip down the prices and still getting the same percent from the little money drivers make. It would be so nice if the government just put his hand in this companies, but it's just a dream. Too much money in the game.

Uber eats is a ripoff the restaurant price on Uber eat website are higher and u get less food. U come out better going to the Restaurant your self than useing Uber eat. Taco restaurant I go to Uber eat the price is 10.99 for 2 taco. At the restaurant it 10.99 for 3 taco. 7.99 for for 2 taco at the restaurant.stop ripping people off because the restaurant have to pay Uber eat 20 to 30 percent of sale total for the food.
