Jace was incredible: got my repair done ahead of schedule, remembered my name and other details I had mentioned when I dropped off my laptop. He was extremely pleasant and professional, which is especially impressive for being so young. I had a great experience and signed up for their subscription repair service, which I rarely do.

Jace replaced my tempered screen protector today and was super friendly! I was in and out within 5 minutes. I highly recommend!

Every time I’ve been to uBreakiFix I have throughly pleased with their domain knowledge and customer service. This last visit I’m trying out their new protection plan asurionhome+. After all, I own all my electronic devices. I don’t rent them and I don’t have extended warranty’s on them

A tiny bit pricey, and it took longer than expected, but that was due to a long shipping time and a few shipping delays. They were responsive and answered calls, gave updates, and it was overall a good time.

The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and very helpful. I received my computer back the next day, and they went the extra mile with additional service.

Not trustworthy. I called the store about my surface book and they said they would be able to repair it, but would need to order the parts and would need be to bring the computer to the location for them to look at it. Additionally, they tried hard to sell their $25 / month service plan. I drove 30 min to the location and they said they couldn't fix surface books, but they would help me if I signed up for the $25/ month plan. Very scammy and not professional. I would expect the time print of the $25/month plan is terrible as well. Get your stuff somewhere else and don't trust what they tell you over the phone

The gentlemen who helped me were polite, efficient and the repairs were done for a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back when I smash my smartphone again. Gravity works better for me.

They have taken on a new department fixing appliances - Samsung Care, and it is a very disappointing service department. My washer is leaking, and their first appointment was 10 days away. They said they would make a note to call before coming, between the hours of 1-5. The tech showed up at 12: 30 with no warning, so I missed my appointment. Now I have to wait another 10 days for the next appointment. They say they are booked, but if they are showing up to people's homes with no warning, what are they really busy with. If you have an appliance issue, request a service call from another company!

Staff was very helpful and professional. They were able to answer my questions and quickly fix the broken parts.

I was a little late for my appointment, but they were able to get me in. My broken screen repair for my iPhone took on 30 minutes. The cashier was very nice and helpful.

Got a charger piece that broke off in our iPhone charger area and uBreakiFix quickly took care of it! In and out in a few minutes. Hopefully I won’t have anymore phone issues but I’ll definitely come back if I do.
