Never want to charge you if they can not do the service. However, they spend time assessing the problem so they SHOULD charge a minimum for that service. Appreciate their honesty!

At uBreakiFix, they had very nice customer service and they provided you with the lowest price to get your phone fix so you wouldn’t have to pay over $130 for a cracked screen. If your phone is broken. I recommend them.

Every employee has gone above and beyond helping me w my technical questions and they are not only looking for ways to charge me! Ubreakifix is awesome!

Excellent service, professional and friendly.
The glass of my iphone's back camera was broken. They ordered the part and two days later I took my phone there; in one hour the phone was ready.
Reasonable price, and very efficient.

My laptop case was missing a screw that fell out while I was out of the country. It was a proprietary HP screw. Grant didn't have the exact one but he spent about 15 minutes locating a substitute that would fit and secure the case. The charge was $0. Highly recommend this business as the "go-to" location in Pompano for cell phone and computer repair. I have always found them to be honest and genuinely helpful.

The staff was very helpful and kind. I was genuinely surprised how easy they made the process for me when my charging port on my phone had issues. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. These people know what they are doing.

These guys are the BEST! Alex replaced my iPhone XS screen in 7 minutes! Dylan was super fun and friendly. I will go back here for sure next time my kids mess up my phone! Lol

Wow! I needed a new screen saver for iPhone 11. Dylan S replaced the screen saver in 5 min and it was on the house! Nice and smart way to garner clientele and return business. Thank you.

The customer service was excellent and very professional. The employees did a great job fixing the water damage on my iPhone 11. If you need a place to get your phone fixed this is the place to go.

Omg can I give them 10 stars? Amazing amazing service my husband left his phone on top of his truck and ran over it on the highway. Luckily we found it, but it was literally in two pieces, went to one store she would not even look at it came to these guys and when I say they performed a miracle that is an understatement got it up and running in an hour LOVE THEM!
