Interesting business - did a great job with a screen replacement for my cell phone a while back, so giving them a shot at my laptop now!

I was here last week and I dropped off my ipad. I was told it’d be done in 4 hours. Got a confirmation text that it was done in 3 hours so I went to pick it up. David tried to charge me $200 for the wrong ipad and when I told him it wasn’t mine he insisted 3x that it was my ipad. He then told me that my ipad wouldn’t be ready until 1pm the next day (after my flight home). He also told me that I needed to pay in cash. Safe to say I left with my ipad (with the unfixed screen untouched) … super shady, do not recommend.

Got my screen replaced through Asurion at this location. The screen replacement comes with a protective shield which, after just two days, bubbled and cracked due to either a faulty product or poor installation. When I went in to the store to get a resolution, I was told there's nothing they can do and they advised me to go somewhere else to get a new screen shield. So much for standing behind your work.

I arrived without an appointment and was told they could fix it for $99 and to come back in 90 minutes. I needed a new battery in my iPhone. I returned as directed 90 minutes later and the phone was ready with a smile, and I got a 20%
discount to boot! I wold highly reccomend this
store for any repairs for a device with a power button!

Louis was great! Not only was my screen replaced, my phone also got a brand new battery! I am more than satisfied, I'm as pleased as a customer can be! I briefly considered doing it myself UNTIL I watched a couple of YouTube videos on how to do it. After watching those videos I decided I'd pay a lot more than Asurion (a.k. A.uBreakiFix, Naples, FL) was asking to do the job!

They were very prompt and completed my repair when promised. It appears to be operating correctly.

Our iPad charging port was blocked and would not charge. The tech found the item blocking the charging port and removed it on the spot. NO CHARGE! Amazing service in this challenging time. Way to go.

I had a damaged mobile phone (LG G6 glass screen and back) from an accidental drop. As everyone knows, not having your phone is like being without your wallet.uBreakiFix of north naples was contacted for an appointment to repair my phone, Luis promised to return it within 4 hours from the time it was delivered to them. The phone was dropped off at 10: 00 am when the the store opened for business. During the repair process, email messages were received that highlighted the problems and fixes.uBreakiFix remained in contact throughout the process until a final email notification was received that indicated my phone was repaired and ready for pickup - ahead of schedule. The price charge for the work was reasonable, fair and far less costly than taking it to the mobile carrier's place of business for repair. The past week, another email was received to ensure the phone was properly working and I was satisfied with their work. Simply great customer service and communication. I recomend this location for everyone in need for a phone repair or any other electronics great customer service and really clean store smell good i will sent all people i know and i will be back for any other repairs i need thanks guys.

Over the years I have taken my phone to few uBreakiFix store and I hadn’t had any issues. However this store has been the worse experience I had and never coming here again. I drop the phone for crack screen at 3: 00 pm and I was told to come at 5: 30 to pick it up. I came at 5: 30 and I was told the phone is almost ready can you give us 25 minutes which I found to be unacceptable. I waited 30 minutes and I was told again the phone almost ready give us 25 minutes again. I couldn’t wait so I told the I will come 1st thing in the morning. I came next morning and the phone was still not ready and I had to wait 20 more minutes. Needless to say not coming here again and do not recommend to any one.

Each technician seems to do their own thing. We had 3 different quotes and the repair was horrible. This was on an iPad 5th gen - screen.
Lay the iPad down and it closes the screen.
Push top right button and nothing happens.
