Very poor service. Do not recommend. After "diagnosing" my phone for 2 hrs they tried to say I needed new battery for $130. It was an apparent software issue.phone locked on logo screen, starting & restarting. After I performed internet suggested fixes a 2nd time my phone is now working again & battery has lasted several hours. Samsung needs to change its policy to have their phones "serviced" here. They are no better than thieves trying to steal your hard earned $$.

My daughter iPhone screen got repaired at the end of april 2018 and phone would not power on at all and so I took back to them since they were ones who replaced it. They were not able to help me but they sent me in the right direction to get her another one sent out and looked up asurion phone number for me to call right away. They were awesome the first visit when they fixed her screen too. They got done in about 2 half hours and it looked brand new.

I had problems with my Nexus 6p, I sat on my phone and bent it in one spot. And can't get any help in 5 or 6 other places. This guy's fixed my phone in 10 minutes and did not charge me anything!

Filed a claim and had the technician showed up to my work and had my phone repaired in 20 minutes.

Called in for a quick question and spoke to Mike. While he wasn't able to provide me what I needed in store he was very helpful and didn't mind getting me to the right place with a great suggestion Thanks dude!

I went here with dead pixels on my samsung galaxy s8 plus. It was pressed against my car key in my pocket, I wish it was covered in the warrenty but the guy working here said that it doesn't as it was damaged due to external force. It costed 250 bucks but service was very fast they took less than 2 hours to fix it with a 90 days warrenty.

I had a very great experience. I would recommend my friends. The staff was very nice and professional. My equipment works perfect. Very satisfied.

First off you changed our my LCD but it wasnt broke, just the glass was and you charged me for it. Then you tried to give me my phone back and the screen and case wasnt even sealed.then when i sent it back again you broke the touchID and had to take it back to Apple twice leaving me with no phone.what was suppose to take 30 min took two full days all at this place's incompetence.

This place is the bomdiggity. I went in with my laptop to get missing screws replaced and they replaced them for free! That the best customer service on the planet! This place will be my forever electronic repair center. Thanks Guys

Excellent customer service and quick repair. Price was a bit steep but it might have been the same anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Got my s6 edge plus screen done. Great and much quicker service with the original Samsung parts.
