Tried to turn in my Pixel 5 on a new Pixel 7 Pro but they said the battery was swollen and they wouldn't accept it for the $700 trade in (over 36 months, nice trap Verizon). So I took the chance and paid uBreakiFix $130 for a new battery to get a trade in. So far so good, but the trade off is really 2 years or $480 from Verizon as I will never see 3 years on a mobile phone. So... UBreakiFix saved me at least $350 maybe more. Repair done quickly in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I took my phone in for the battery not holding a charge. Steve replaced the battery and it works great. My phone was repaired in less than one hour.

DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. I took my new phone in bc battery was getting hot. They said they would have to order it. It took forever to get and I kept having to call them for updates. One employee told me they would be doing diagnostics but when I went to pick it up, another employee couldn't tell me whether that had been done. I spoke to the same employee several times and he seemed to be the cause of the confusion. He's very passive aggressive and shouldn't be in customer service. The battery is still getting hot, so now I get to start over with trying to find cause and solution. This is very frustrating and I wasted a lot of time here. I won't be going back.

Brought my 9 year old Mac mini back from the dead. Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. Overall couldn’t be happier.
