The manager Josh and store associate Franco terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location for your electronic repair go to a different location. They put a cream screen on my phone not lavender so the screen didn't work properly had to go back. They warranty their work and refuse to fixed the problem when it messes up again my screen bleeding in the fold again. Went to another location very kind informative and upfront gave me realistic thought as far as my situation. Grayson in the south florida location got me willing to pay the 400 at his location to get my phone fix since I paid cash for $1100 cash for my phone.but the service I recieved at the west commercial location I won't pay them folks a cent. Share a review and help other save time.

This location had parts that no Miami Dade location or any other Broward location had. Believe me I spoke to them all while looking for this part. Cheers to the inventory specialists and Management. This place is terrible at customer service. Dropped a lap top off around 4 pm in the afternoon, I was told they call me in the morning with a diagnosis. I never received a phone call so I called at 1: 30 in the afternoon. They told me it needed a battery. I asked if they checked the charging port, no. I was told he would check it and call me right back. Never heard back so I went into the store. I was told they were busy that's why I never got called. They were so busy that they couldn't make a 2 min call. When I went into the store not a another customer. The person I was dealing with got upset because I questioned why I didn'tr receive a call. He asked if I wanted them to fix it and I said yes. The battery was suppose to be delivered on Monday the 12th and they would call me when it came in.today the 14th and still no call. I would not recommend this establishment. They can't deliver.

Swift service…. Same day phone repair on my sons iPhone 11. Kean was super nice and provided great service.

I was sent there by a Samsung rep via tmobile. Josh the rep at the store was very helpful and informative. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem.

I searched online for a reputable, affordable cell phone repair company near me and located Ubreakifix. I took my son’s I-Phone in for a screen repair and was greeted by Josh who was very friendly and professional. He offered a diagnosis then explained my options. I agreed to the repair and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I returned and checked out with Kean who was equally as professional and nice. I am one satisfied customer!

Currently sitting here with a game console with my hdmi outport out of the console and I waited weeks for them to fix it and they never fixed it

Josh is the most helpful tech and got my phone fixed within 30 minutes. He took the time to help me file my claim through Asurion and had my phone back and running beautifully. Thank you Very much Josh!
