This store and its staff are amazing! The Best! I came in a couple of months ago for a battery change (amazing and quick service then), and earlier this week the issue I had with my phone was apparently due to a faulty battery. I have nothing but good things to say from the service I received from start to finish. The responsiveness and communication from the the time I set up my online appointment was great. The service I received was quick. The best part of this experience was that the gentleman that helped me (9/5) was so genuine, helpful, and kind. He fixed my phone perfectly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The thing I'm also really appreciate for, is that I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or sold on something that wasn't really the issue. I highly recommend this place!

Awesome service! Todd quickly looked at my tablet and immediately realized the charging port had a little piece of scrap from the charging cable. He removed it right away and tablet good as new

My toddler decided to launch my phone and so I went through my insurance plan for repair which led me to this company. I was first sent to 2 other locations that were absolutely horrible experiences and a total cluster. Then I was FINALLY lead to this location. Marty and Mauricio were absolutely amazing. They had the part in stock, were fast and professional, with quality work. They didn't try to guilt me into any add ons but made a few suggestions to choose from to meet my needs. They explained the process, gave an accurate turn around time and great people to encounter.

Todd brought my phone back to life I really appreciate his time and his craftsmanship. Great customer service at this location
