Amazing job! LOUIE is the best! I thought I had lost all data on my phone, Louie worked on my phone all day, made me feel comfortable and confident everything would be restored. He kept me informed throughout the process, he was patient with me, it all worked out. Best customer service, fast- working, same day service! Will come to this location again and again.

Broght phone in for what I figured was going to be a warranty repair due to charging port issue and Roger somehow managed to see a small spec of something on the inside of the port that was blocking the cable being fully engaged. HOW he saw it I've no clue! But qas literally in and out in underb5 minutes.laughing my head off at my own silliness. Thank you, Roger!

DO NOT USE THESE LIARS AND THIEFS! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this repair service. After getting a screen repair, my device functioned for less than 24 hours. Returned it the next day, and they admitted to not seating the battery correctly. Even after two more attempts, the screen malfunctioned, blamed on the battery. Another repair store installed new screen and fixed it. When seeking a refund after five visits, they refused, stating I should've brought the faulty screen still installed for them to inspect. A complete waste of time and money. Go to UTC mall cheaper and they don't lie about problems or the time it's going to repair your device

Terrible company. I scheduled an appointment, the guy barely looked over the computer but told me the costs to replace it, told me to buy an Asurion+ Plan and file a claim in a month that got denied because Asurion sees all the appointments here and saw that they did not fix my computer prior. They are scam artists that just sell you on an insurance plan and get commission.

I’ve used UBREAKIFIX three times … 2x’s for 2 iPhones that were a hot mess and 3rd time I left my charger at my Mom’s & Louie, the Asst Manager helped me ASAP by charging my MacBook Air for free! The Techs the UBREAKIFIX were fantastic, professional & did a great job during each of my 3 visits. Customer Service is EXCELLENT - don’t bother going to other outlets this is the real deal when it comes to fixing our Electronics. No job is too small or big!

Roger tool more that excellent care of my iPhone 12 pro max, all at a reasonable price! I definitely will bring any of my electronics that may break in the cute here, I also highly recommend!

My first visit was a disaster. They didn't confirm the phone being dropped off was the same one on the claim. Two hrs later I return to pick up my phone to realized they couldn't do anything and they claim "we tried calling you and left you an email". My second time returning was much better. It was close to cut off for the day but Louis was able to get my phone in for repair. Now my phone is looking brand new again. Louis had great customer service and if it wasn't for him my second time around I would have had a much diff thought about this place.

First I took the ps5, they gave me the wrong diagnostic, saying it was needing a power supply, then they supposedly put a power supply, it didn’t work, then the said it was a motherboard.
I when and they returned my ps5 with missing screws, and screws completely loosened, I called and someone said come over to get the screws that are missing, then I showed up, and someone else said that I was needing to take the ps5 to get the screws back.
Very bad place, looks like the techs aren’t professional, and they don’t take pictures before to open a device, I am a computer tech, and I never open something if I don’t know how to out it back together.
I won’t ever use this place to take my devices.

Walked in with a cell phone working great but might need a new battery. Battery replaced. Wouldn't charge. Then, I'm told the charger port might need replacing, and the new battery might be bad. Did not ask for my 100+ back. Grabbed my phone and ran as fast as I could. Excellent business model. Poor business practice.
