On 2/2020 I took mine phone to be fixed the screen was cracked, Olso i wanted a glass screen protector, which only lasted a month and1/2. I went back because it was chipping and Matthew told me it was nothing he could do, I had to pay another$20 dollars I went to Wal-Mart and pay only $9.00 and when I change the screen protector I noticed the phone glass was stilled crack, there product's are bad and there service tooo. I don't recommend this place on the Forum at fort Myers bad service.

This is a very good place unfortunately they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my camera and I don't blame them.that camera was given to me by some friend.still a very friendly service plus they do a free diagnostic for me.

Times are tight right now because of the epidemic, these guys repaired My iPhone 5 at a time when I can’t afford an upgrade and exceeded my expectations! Also it was a fast repair.

My experience spans many days and different needs. They have a great team at the Forum. Ryan went above and beyond making sure my questions were answered and my systems were functioning. Many thanks for time well spent.

Fixed my 3DS after the circle pad stopped working and had it fixed in a day after the part came in. Had to take it back once because they couldn't test it to make sure it worked (battery died, so this wasn't their fault at all). Great repair shop, would go to again.

Love this place I've cracked my screen on 2 different phones and they've fix it no problem and the price was cheap

Really nice people working here, took my Son's PlayStation 4 to get it fix, Sean told me he was going to check it our without charge, then told me the reading disk needed to be replace and I agree, they took the time to change the reading disk and at the end it wasn't that, is was the something unrepairable and to pick it up with NO CHARGE AT ALL. Definitely recommend this place and if I could give them 10 starts I would.

This place is awesome. I brought in my ps4 and they fixed the issue in 48 hours. I had to bring it back due to another issue and got my ps4 back same day. This place is awesome.

I would give this store more than 5 stars if I could - my daughter's IPhone died and she had very important documentation on it - Verizon was no help so she went to UBreakIFix at the Forum. They stayed late on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and were not satisfied with the result so they asked to keep it and try again the next day. When they had exhausted all possibilities, they did get it going long enough for her to retrieve all of her important stuff and when I asked what I owed, they said NOTHING! I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism displayed by these guys. Thanks so much.

I have used ubreakifix in the past and had a pleasant experience. I recently broke my iPhone 7 glass and it seemed the only issue was the screen when I used it with the broken glass. Touch was still as normal. I had it replaced and after some use I feel like touch lags sometimes. Maybe something is wrong with my digitizer but it just didn't seem that way prior to the replacement. I really could be wrong. Only one thing really bothered me.after the glass was replaced - iPhone color was really off. I have another iPhone as a work phone and I could just tell it was different. I also noticed that when someone called and I put my phone to my ear the screen would not shut off so I was hitting numbers and face timing the other end on accident. I looked at the phone and noticed one of the sensors covered by this glass they replaced it with. The tech replaced it with another glass and that definitely fixed the problem with the sensor but my color was still off. The only other thing I could think of is that it's the brand of the glass they choose to use compared to the glass your apple is initially created with. I am not upset, just pretty bumped that it's not the same. I still give this many stars because aside from the products, their customer service is great. They tried.

My son went here to see about getting his PS4 remote fixed.he knew what part it needed just didn't want to mess it up himself. This company said they'd have to send it out for the part but that they could fix it.for $130! Are you kidding me? The remote brand new costs $60 so please tell me how that makes sense? ! Needless to say, we didn't use them and I won't ever recommend anyone here.

Went to get phone fixed for water damage and ended up having to go back because my phone could barely type and glitched every time I was on it so all they did was replace the screen and it's still the same. I spent a lot for this to get fixed and it took a while too, and I'm constantly turning it off everyday because of how many times it freezes.

Excellent service! I dropped off a tablet that was not holding a charge. Ben checked it out and decided that the battery might need to be replaced. After replacing the battery, the problem still was not resolved. Ben spent endless hours researching possible software related issues. He then did a factory reset, which worked for a few days after we picked it up. Slowly the original problem resurfaced. Ben again researched possible solutions, finally deciding that the tablet could not be fixed. When we picked up the tablet we were issued a FULL REFUND. Actually, we felt a bit guilty because so much time had been spent on the thing, but we were told that full satisfaction was the company guarantee.

Anthony is awesome. He fixed my PC very fast. He can fix PC, Laptop, smartphones etc. He is my go to when I need a tech.
