Today experience was 5 star treatment after going back and forth with the Witt my carrier
About a insurance claim only to be told that the claim don’t cover broken scream. The gentleman heard my dissatisfaction and spoke with someone in the back and with a hour before closing the got my phone repaired! This was truly customer service beyond and above! Ubreakifix a name to count on!

Edit after using services. Took phone in to have front screen replaced. Due to Samsung agreement with them, I had no choice but to also pay to have back camera screen replaced since it was cracked, though I own my phone outright and the warranty is expired.

Picked up my phone and requested a protective glass for new screen as I do not wish to pay nearly the cost to replace the phone to fix the screen again. Was sold "liquid glass" instead and they applied it to the new screen.

No joke, I've cranked screen sensitivity up to the max and phone fuses about or diesnt respond and there were three cracks in the brand new screen by the end of the night from simply carrying it in my purse. 6 hrs, 3 new cracks.

UbreakiFix is an extremely helpful company. Their strictness on their COVID policies creates a safe environment during the pandemic. Furthermore, the gentlemen working their were friendly and personable, making it comfortable to entrust them with repairs. Easily the best customer service experience I've ever had! Fast, efficient, and they actually know what they're talking about. Ask for Enzo, He was able to fix my screen in less than 20 minutes and even cleaned out my charging port because he noticed it was dirty. Highly recommend Enzo and will be telling all my friends about this location!

My wife and I busted both of our cell phones on the same day. She had an I-phone and I have a Samsung. They had hers repaired while we waited and mine took a little longer (had more damage), went and got lunch and came back and it was done. Overall I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their work. Great job and Thank you!

My wife broke her screen and lcd on her Galaxy s10 plus called these guys up late afternoon. They had me come in and drop it off, had back and fully functional same night! Enzo, Efren, and Kristally were so welcoming when I came into the store. There were two people ahead of me, and the employees were quick at serving all of us. Would return again!

Every staff member at this location was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did not make you feel "dumb" about the process. They take their time with their customers and made me feel like my business was just as important as the customer before me and I witnessed them treat the next customer just as well! Great place for your fix needs. I would highly recommend this location and their courteous staff!

I called at lunch on 2/4 to get the battery replaced on my Pixel and they said they had batteries in stock. I arrived after work at 5pm and due to a slow day, they'd sent some technicians home. Then, invariably, they had gotten busy. The staff said they would do their best to get my phone done by 7 when they close. They ended up staying late and finishing the repair by 7: 20pm, and all appears to be well with my phone. Thanks!

Honestly these people have changed my mind on phone repair stores. These guys are professional, helpful, and most of all kind to their customers. They know what they are doing every step of the way and will not let you leave the store unsatisfied. This store and the employees really care about their work and customers! They understand a customer relationship and cater to that. My phone was busted and they had it fixed in half an hour and made sure I was all set with a case and screen protector. I break my phone a lot so the products they gave me have really helped out. Fair pricing. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be coming back here for the remainder of my years in Tallahassee. I may even mail my broken phones/pc’s/consoles here when I move away.
