6 Surprised they only have one negative review. Went to their site to find my machine which I had posted on facebook selling as theirs with markup. They did not have my permission neither verbal nor written that they can use my photos.
So this is what they do. They crawl the web for machines for sale, and they repost with a markup and hopefully they can Lock in a sale. If you like something on their site. Expand your search on google and you find the source and save money
Sold me a utility locator that didn't work and now they won't even return my phone calls. Very crooked business. I would rather be robbed a gunpoint at least it would be a stand up fight but these cowards use a phone and you'll never get any thing out of them. THIS IS A DEFIANTLY STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY
THIS BUYER IS A THIEF. HAS KEPT MY $2,000 ORDER FOR NEARLY A MONTH AND WONT RESPOND TO PAY FOR ORDER. ALL SELLERS - BE AWARE OF WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH WHEN SELLING TO THIS BUYER!
This company back sellers with equipment in bad conditions when you request their support they don’t give any solutions, their a complete rip off
Sold us a scanner they didn't have. Issued a refund without any contact or explanation. I Spoke with the owner, she was completely detached from the concept of customer service, and made up excuses. They are happy to tie up your money in a transaction that yields only frustration while other outlets for the product sell out as well and prices go up. I will never do business with this company again, I recommend the extreme use of caution if you wish to spend thousands of your hard earned dollars with them.
Not what it used to be doing business for years quality has really dropped
4-beacons return in the last 6months all with pitch stuck
They lost my business
Fact remains the same 4beacons return & exchanged for pitch stuck within last 6months
Quality has dropped
We as a business don’t mind replacing a beacon that we burn As we have multiple times in the past
But to avoid a ongoing & recurring problem with your product by saying it burned up is not a solution
Example
On right bunt beacon with black dot will not function in any way
On left new beacon & unburnt beacon with pitch stuck at -104 for the 4th time in a ROW!?
