Michael and Alyssa (sp?) in MRI were exceptionally kind and caring. Thank you for helping me through my test!

The woman at the front desk was a bit condescending. I told her I had an appointment for a mammogram and she came back with. "Do you have a name? " I think " Can I get your name", is much more respectful. The reception is the first impression and it was not good.
On the flip side Wendy was a wonderful/respectful technician and I would give her a 5.

They billed my wifes insurance $2500 for a routine mammogram. The results were abnormal yet we've never heard back after several attempts of reaching out. These hucksters are simply criminal.

Profit over People!
After leaving the Urgent care with not so great news, I was referred to Flagler imaging for an MRI. Due to very difficult circumstances, I let my health ins go, so I am cash/self pay. The woman scheduling took the time to get prices from their different campus locations, as it was 4 TIMES LESS to drive to Nocatee? ! I was appreciative! We scheduled the appointment, I prepared the time away from work as well as the expense of the MRI. The day before my appt, I received a “Good faith estimate” that was nearly 50% MORE? ! After several calls/ holds I made my way to Jessica from financial services. She was very nice and apologized several times. However, the outcome was basically to either suffer financially for their companies mistake or sufferer physically and emotionally and find a new place. As a small biz owner, I would never get away with such or imagine doing something like that! So now tomorrow, I will take time off of work to try and schedule with someone that has 1 transparent price, or a warning of a potential increase. Also, maybe someone local that has the ability to put a patients heath and well being above their financial error. It’s very disheartening to see this side of the health care industry.

I had an MRI at the Flagler. I was surprised it was not an open one but went ahead anyway. I was told to lay on the table and was put into the machine without having headphones earplugs the squeeze ball to call for help. After a few minutes I had to scream for help then they let me out with many apologies. After awhile another person came

0in to set me up properly. I would never return to your MRI office. The people did not seem trained and did not seem to know what they were doing. I have been in your other moms cat scan offices without any problems
I have decided not to return to any Flagler company. Youneed alot of work with your company and employees.

The team at Flagler Imaging is great! Unfortunately, I feel like a regular here but it's a good experience, consistently. I like that they are fast too! You are in and out!

This is probably one of the worse places! Why do you schedule people and have them sit in the waiting room for over an hour that's pathetic!
First time I sat in the waiting room for 90 minute kept checking and was told they were running behind. My time is also valuable. I rescheduled and asked for the first appointment. Surprise I've been waiting 1 hour and still my pager hasn't gone off! Really come on! Next time I'll drive to Jax. Will let my friends and doctors know this is a joke!

Greetings and Smiles from Everyone that Works Here! Very Patient Staff, Shows Concern that I Understood How to Fill out a Short Form, Showed me where to go to Register. No Waiting! Went in and out at my Appointed times! Highly Recommend!
