When I had the Shands card I didn't have a choice but to use the pharmacy. Now I have health insurance through my employer. I changed were I pick up my prescriptions the hours should be longer. Certain prescriptions they can't complete because they don't fill this prescription. But your a pharmacy?

Absolutely ridiculous line for a pharmacy you're going to sit for over an hour to get your prescription. They have more security than they do staff members working on shortening the line. Line was so long i had to wait outside

Every single time I get my prescriptions filled there is always a problem getting it. This time their system crashed, last time the computer had issues aswell
