I have been here twice and each time the service has been quick and exceptional! Dr. Mandeep Suri really goes above and beyond. She listens and explains everything in detail and really takes her time to show she cares. The staff is friendly and courteous, and I really cannot ask for a better experience. I highly recommend this location!

I very rarely write reviews but I have to say my experience today with the staff at the Miami Gardens branch was 5 stars. The front desk was great, polite and apologized for any extended wait. I was feeling very uneasy and Nurse Lidiana was so comforting and had great bedside manner. Explained instructions very well to me upon discharge. The Doctor was also great, did not feel rushed. Answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Start by coming from working in the Medical Field very pleased with my choice of coming to Jackson Urgent Care - North Dade, after going trying to go to MD Now which they didn’t have an X-ray tech so that wasn’t much help has my 14 years old had hurt himself at school playing basketball and his ankle was swollen and really didn’t want to head to ER. I ended up calling and the kind gentleman man from front desk reassured me that they had an x-ray tech on site. I came and they help me with a wheelchair and starting from Marlaine (MA), Mary (X-ray Tech), Lidi (RN) and Dr. Shaif. They were was so sweet to us and very patient with my son, also very professional and walking us thru every step. Everything was very organized and very well handled as a team. Thank you

I went to Jackson north to get my second vaccine today. What a wonderful experience it was. The process was very well organized-with so many people everywhere directing you to the right place. The lines moved quickly, and I was in and out, including the waiting time after the injection, in about 25 minutes. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. Kudos to you all at Jackson for working so hard to keep our community safe and healthy.

The service was absolutely wonderful very smoothly both times I went people are wonderful out there I could’ve found a better place to go so thank all of you so much Connie.

I want to give a big thank you to this location! My partner suffered a hit to the right ear during sparring (boxing practice). He was in pain and had trouble hearing. I called around for urgent help and found this location.
Dr. Suri answered and she was so nice to me ️
As a cash paying patient, she gave us no hassle. Advised for him to walk in and she'd check his ear. She gave us no issue and the service was very fast. Thank you Dr. Suri!

I was having a hard time breathing and found that this urgent care was open on Saturday mornings and I went and I was treated so well The doctor was amazing. She treated me right away and helped me breath better. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and compassionate. A few days later I had a follow up call from a staff member and that really made me realize how amazing this urgent care is. No one has ever followed up with me before. I recommend this urgent care highly and am grateful I went. Feeling way better too
