I will never shop at this location again. Makes me want to never give ulta business again. If I could of got her name I would but she is very disrespectful. I’m coming into the store to shop to give you guys business and no one to help or when the lady comes up to you she is very rude. There’s a different way to talk to customers. This is the problem now a days & makes you only want to shop online it’s because people like your rude employees!

Worst customer service ever. I went in asking a couple questions, the cashier was not helpful, not apologetic for not knowing the answers. When I asked about a certain free gift with purchase promotion, she said "while supplies last" very dismissive, even though the website clearly states that they have some available in this store. Hence my trip here. I said never mind I will just buy online, instead of trying to save the sale like most people in the customer field would, she dismisses me again and says "next customer". Good to know for next time. I won't be back. Be mindful or your customers Ulta or you may end up on the next "Stores going out of business list"

The staff in the salon are helpful and fun. They answered all my hair color questions without once rolling their eyes!

Love to try it before I buy it. Everyone is very helpful. Cool that I can get almost all beauty in one place. They have a salon, a brow bar and pro makeup. I usually go play with my teenage daughter trying out new looks (for free!)

The staff here is over the top helpful. Anyone will help you even if it isn't your dept. Being an Aunt of beauty nieces I get texts of things they'd like and not knowing a thing. I have happy nieces & my shopping is successful because of the great Customer service thank you

AWFUL! Constantly out - of -stock on inventory. No one on the floor to assist. (maybe 2 on a good day, if lucky) I purchased a $290+ hair dryer there around Christmas which has a short. (ZAPP) On the first use, it was shorting out. I brought it back in original box, all papers etc.in box and they couldn't find my purchase history. I've spent thousands there and they said that after so many purchases that they begin to erase history of purchases. WHAT? So, now they no longer carry that hairdryer (just the lower version of it) they can't replace it and told me to call the manufacturer of the hair dryer. It goes on. They are completely inept. Poor management and unprofessional as could be.

Love this place but not the prices. Way to overpriced but you can find any makeup or hair n body care.

Great customer service. It's also a great place to get a gift as they keep track of your products so that you can get the right shade and product for your wife, girlfriend or friend.

Love this place for beauty products and special shampoos/conditioners and hair sprays. Great customer service.

Chanley is the best pro stylist that I had cut my hair and highlights. Showed her what I wanted and I came out looking great and knowing that I can go to her for what ever I need a haircut

There salesman are pushy and all divas! And they don’t have all the selected brands that they should! They always seem to be outta something or some kinds of thing that I really need/want! They really overprice things but they know what there doing and there usually professional

My first visit and I was overwhelmed by the amount of inventory! They have everything & staff was attentive

Ulta Beauty good place in town with good prices beats them mall on prices. And some things are just the same look a there willing to help all the time you can't go in the store and unless there's five or six people wanted to help you I like the place it's pretty it smells good and it looks good all the time

I do get most of my beauty products from here. However, they need to let me explore the shop. Trust me, if I need help I'll ask for it.

Make sure you sign up with your birthday so that you get a free birthday gift! Staff is always friendly at this location. Very clean and organized too.

Terrible experience I’ve ever had at an ulta. My sister had perfumes in her hands while she was continuing to browse when an employee named Deborah took the perfumes out of her hand with no choose at all and said she was putting it at the front for her but I’ve watched her and she didn’t do that to any other person who was holding items in the store. She was extremely unprofessional and at the end of my shopping experience we left uncomfortable. She made her feel as if she was trying to steal the items.

I was helped today by Moxy and Rey and the service was exceptional. You have two fine employees!

Love ulta but the customer service here is always horrible. I'm a rewards member every year on my birthday I never get this gift that supposed to get. Well I asked about it and she did not answer me. Every time I go in never greeted ornasked I'd I need help. Its ashame the manager never does anything about it.
