Angelica was the worst! I asked her for assistance twice and she ignored me and left me standing there for over 10 to 15 minutes.

Dillon was amazing and helped me the first time I asked. Won't be coming back unfortunately. Seem like they only cater to a certain demographic.

I went here yesterday (The Citrus Park location) and no one spoke or greeted me upon walking in, I was walking around trying to find the best makeup setting spray and the workers kept walking past me and didn’t ask if I needed help with anything but I watched several people walk in and immediately were greeted and asked if they needed help and assisted. I was saying out loud how no one was trying to help me and one the lady’s who works there walked right past me (I know she heard me) because she looked dead at me… and offered a lady some help who had just walked back in the store from making a purchase… how it is that I was in there for over 10 mins walking around looking lost and no one offered to help? I was also looking for help but everyone seemed busy so I went around looking for myself but when a few ladies and the one guy at the Mac counter were free, they didn’t offer any help but yet offered help to other women… so I left and went to Sephora at the mall. I don’t want to say this but I will, couldn’t help but to notice all of the people who were greeted, spoken to and offered help were all Caucasian …. I’m
Black … so it made me feel a type of way so I left, I was livid seeing the Caucasian women being offered help immediately but me… a black woman… I was completely disregarded! Worst experience ever in this store, I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back to this store. The entire staff needs to be fired

Melani was such a great help when I purchased my dyson. I had many gift cards and she was very patient converting them to my purchase. Employees like her are the reason I keep going back to ulta. Thanks melani!

Visited citrus Park location on 10/30/22 the employees with the exception of one girl doing a make-up application on a customer were all congregating behind the counter interacting amongst themselves. A customer that entered before me was asking for assistance and was ignored and then after she persisted was treated terribly and blown off with attitude. When I then asked about a product they employees (about 4 to 5 of them) gave me a dirty look like how dare I interrupt them.if looks could kill. I proceeded to try to find the product that I was seeking with out assistance and as I walked through the store I noticed several customers needing assistance with no employees to be found on the sales floor. As I was leaving I witnessed a customer call out to the employees behind the counter for help and the employees literally turned their back to her. I was in total shock. I won't be shopping that store anymore. I went to Shephora. This is clearly a management issue when the majority of the employees feel so comfortable and at ease with being so horrible to customers.

Had a wonderful experience today with Monica the hair stylist who did my hair at the Ulta salon at Citrus Park. First time with her and definitely will use her again. I had let my long hair get out of control and had lots of split ends and no style and wanted to freshen it up but not cut it short. I wanted long layers and wanted to keep my length as much as possible and also layer the front a bit. I wish I took a before and after because she did such a great job, was very polite and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was liking how it was looking. I've been to dozens of hair stylists over the years, I'm an experienced lady lets say and have also worked in the beauty industry. And unfortunately I have had a lot of stylists just do what they want, talk over you, or take off too much length and not fully listen to what your wants and concerns are and that ultimately made me just start doing my own hair at home as much as possible because if I was going to ruin it at least I didn't have to waste money and time. But I'm happy I found a great stylist and that wasn't the case today, happily. Book Monica for your hair needs!

Very impressed with the level of customer service I’ve received at Ulta citrus park location today. They were VERY short staffed but they found the way to help me. Amanda assist me with my purchase, I’m not an easy client because I know nothing about makeup and don’t know what I even need. But she made me feel so comfortable, she was caring and nice, assist me with every detailed and recommended great products, try them on me to see if I even liked it before I bought anything. She made my frustration of not wanting to buy makeup im am easy and pleasant experience. Look for Amanda when you go to the store. I assured you that you will walk out of there with what you need and happy customer like me. Thank you!

Tracey is absolutely amazing. She did a beautiful balayge on my hair (which had 2 years of grow out from a former balayge). It looks absolutely beautiful and very well blended, Ive gotten so many compliments saying how natural the color looks and I am so happy to have more blonde throughout my hair. She did a great job on trimming layers and leaving my hair length while greatly reducing the bulk and overall weight of my hair. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful stylist /colorist as Tracey.

Love the store and products. Went to make an appt. With Amanda she was very professional and made me feel welcome.

My girlfriend and I walked into this location for a couple of products. We were in there for about 20 mins and never once got asked for help. We did get bumped in to by a worker on her way to go talk to another worker. They all stood around laughing and talking. When we walked to check out we asked for help to go check out a product and no one moved. Glad there’s more ultas in the area because we will not be back to this one. Really hoping this company doesn’t work off commission because all them girls would be broke lol

Ultra beauty always has so much to offer. I truly love this place so much. I get all of my stuff from face lotions to face wash here.

Went for a cut, mentioned having date night, and Gina offered to style it. She taught me how (I really don't do anything because I have so much, it falls flat in 3 minutes), which was awesome. Looking forward to her being my new stylist.

I really love this store specially in Tampa. I’am able to go everywhere in USA at this store and here they treat me like a family. What the most I like here I saw all the stylists helped each other wish is not seen in others store. Jael, Gina, Lisa, Ashley take care of my hair (Iam kind of picky) and always happy and helpful to me. The manager here I adore him. Always happy, always special with all costumer I can see how all of them treat every costumer as a family. And that what we al most need. Products here perfect to my wild curls hair. I give 5 starts to all of them! Here at Ulta in citrus park in Tampa bay.

I was in the store today for less than 30 minutes and within that short time frame I had more than 4 employees offer to “help” me. They even had a cashier leave from BEHIND the register come to offer to “help” me. It’s so obvious that they are watching you because they think you’re going to steal. I noticed they weren’t so “helpful” with the other customers, just me. I felt so uncomfortable and it takes the fun out of shopping. Looks like I’m going to have to take my business to somewhere else.

Tracy Booked my Hair Appointment and was so Patient and Kind on the phone and paired me with the best HAIRSTYLIST ASHLEY! ASHLEY DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY HAIR! She brought me from black to brunette and my hair is in GREAT CONDITION and so HEALTHY and SHINY! She has a True Talent and really did an amazing job, Awesome to have conversation with and has the COOLEST FOILS and the Sweetest and Makes u Feel Special /COMfortble in her chair, she is BEAUTIFUL Artist, VERY PROFESSIONAL, and I had a Great Experience and will be back for my next appointment:) The Staff at Ulta Citrus Park are also VERY NICE and INFORMATIVE! Informed me about perfumes and lashes, very nice and clean! BOOK YOUR HAIR WITH ASHLEY!
