Was amazed that there was a place inside the store to get my hair done. Haven't done it yet not until tomorrow BUT I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much help on the floor for the cosmetics

Not a single person asked if I needed help o wandered around for 10 minutes finally gave up and left

Smaller than most i have been to in other states, less friendly than any I have ever been, maybe because it was before Christmas and they were tired, idk, but compared to the many I have been to this Ulta was subpar.

You will find what you want. The prices seemed to be at a higher premium to me. But if it's out there Ulta will have it in stock.

Friendly staff, they always welcome you as soon as you walk in and ask if you need help finding anything.

This is the best Ulta I’ve been too! I went in to grab a few stuff for an event the next day and Amira (I am so sorry if I butchered your name or I said it wrong, I am really bad with names) was literally the sweetest checking out she was so nice. Everyone was so friendly and made it such a pleasant experience and just made me even more excited about the event the next day!

This is one of my favorite locations. They have specials happening very often! Right now they have hair items in the liter size on sale. American Crew is the most popular hair product for men, and they have liters on sale for $12.99! Normally up to $36, so it is a great value. They have a Lot of product for Men, so don't think of them as just for the ladies store. We want our skin to be the way we remember our prime, so moisturize and plump applies to us as well. With the Holidays long gone, now is the time to grab clearance deals on all that did not sale. If you need a new "storage case" value are available. For gingerbread bath soap, now is the time to pick it up for next year. All fun stuff, and some excellent values. The staff are more than happy to help with any questions you might have.

I won’t come back to this Ulta. I went in to buy cream contour and highlight, I asked a sale associate for help. She showed me Lancôme $43 contour stick. It was pretty and looked nice but not in my budget. She continued even though I explained that to her to try and sell me the same product. When I wouldn’t budge she became visibly irritated and copped attitude and led me to tart shape tape and gave me the color she thought I needed and said ”you can go now” in a very nasty way. I wish I got her name, but I just decided to put the shape tape down and walk out of the store.

Great variety of products for all ethnic backgrounds.

I purchased a high-end foundation, quality mascara, lasting primer setting spray, and eyebrow gel and walked out spending less that $50.

All staff was pleasant and helpful.

I love ULTA, but the girl at the register could not take my payment to my Credit Card, she gave me a phone number to call and when I called they said they couldn't help either I had to call another phone number.well I try to use the card to accumulate points but at this point I am so disappointed on their poor customer service that I just go pay cash and get out.

I love Makeup & felt like I was right at home in this Store! However, I felt like nobody wanted to help me spend my money on this evening. I needed Tarte Eyeliners, a few Benefit products & another high-end Eyebrow Pencil. It was getting close to closing time, so I couldn't get anyone to find the colors I needed to buy. Will go back to Sephora.

Depends on who's working. I've gone in multiple times & no one greets me or walks up to me to ask me how I'm doing. Terrible customer service. Do not come here if you think they'll help you find your foundation shade. This is hard because I'm 100% team Ulta over sephora. I do enjoy coming here when I know exactly what I'm getting & after I've done my own research on it since no one ever helps me.

The staff is always so helpful! They're never out of stock of anything I need! Absolutely love this Ulta location!

I've been to a few different Ulta Beautys but this one is my favorite. They were very kind and I felt I could ask for help if I needed any. Store was bright, clean and organized, the organization is somthing I have not experienced at other Ultas and I found it very nice. Cashiers were friendly and efficient, they even let me talk their ear off for a bit as there wasn't a line behind me. Will definitely come back for my makeup needs.

The minute I picked up a cologne to purchase for my husband for father's day an alarm started ringing I felt embarrassed the cshier took the cologne from me and said that she would hold at the cashier's desk. They really need to change the way they test their customers.

The Salon at Ulta is awesome! YES they do men's haircuts! Pablo is fantastic and gets my cut right every time! His fades are fantastic and super well blended. He also makes sure to explain WHY he's doing things the way he is as he does it for you. The girls in the Salon are also super friendly and helpful! Looking forward to my next appointment! 10/10 would reccomend to all of my friends!

You can buy almost any face, hair, skin care products and also get help with applying make up. They have a salon and make up specialist. You can schedule appts. After purchasing products you earn points to use for money to spend there.

Samantha S from the salon is amazing! Leaves my hair in better condition, always impressed with the color and overall service. HIGHLY recommend the Redken heat cure treatment to repair and smooth your hair!

This was my first trip to an Ulta store. The employees were amazing, helping us find what we needed. Some of the other customers, however, need a lesson in manners. And they should really do something about the checkout lines.
