Amazing cut and color from Samantha Grimaldi, not to mention impeccable customer service! She’s an extremely talented stylist with a knack for giving you exactly the color you want, and a most beautiful executed haircut. I am in love with my hair and color. Can’t remember the last time I walked out from a stylist this content with everything.

I was absolutely amazed when visiting from out of state how inviting and vibrant the staff was. From the time I walked in with they had such amazing people by the door with events and smiles, and one vibrant person I was able to encounter in person was Bailey! Please, If you live in the Florida area or stopping by please ask for Bailey she truly is exceptional, she went above and beyond with recommendations, and her manager also was an amazing example of what it means to have exemplary customer service. Go see them at Ulta!

You can’t go wrong with any stylist in the Ulta Salon! Because of my busy career, I always wait until the last minute to schedule a hair appointment. It doesn’t matter whose calendar I get on, my hair always looks awesome! Great environment, fair prices, and they always have a million extra things I want!

Sorry, mediocre assistant. Everyone definitely was very busy doing other things. They had one sales girl that was helping guests, the rest could not be bothered.

I had a wonderful experience, I was scheduled to get my hair &make up done. Jay did amazing. She was nice and made me feel beautiful for my wedding pictures. I highly recommend coming here she does a great job. She's very friendly and very good at her job.

The recent remodel makes the store feel 10x more luxurious! I love the new brand additions. I generally know what I’m looking for so I don’t usually ask for help but when I needed help with hair products Barbara from the salon was very helpful. The ladies in salon all do amazing jobs and I would recommend any one of them to those looking to get their hair done. I personally would not recommend working for this company though.

This store was great had a lot more products than the other Ulta's I go in. Wish the Ulta stores would have more special buys and sales. They never seam to have the gift of what ever promotion they are running.

Worst customer service. I came in to pick up an online order for the first time. I went in because I had never done this before. Directions said to fill out car info and they will bring out or walk in and show this barcode. I walked in and was never acknowledged by any staff members. Even though there were plenty standing around talking to each other. After waiting in line the cashier says I need Id to pick my item up even though the email says to just present the barcode. I told the cashier it was in the car so just have someone bring my item to my car. I proceeded to fill out the pick up form for my car details. I waited 5 mins and no one came out. I walk back in again not acknowledged at all and have to wait in line again which is no like 7 people deep. When I got up to the cashier I told them I was here for a pickup again the girl says no one brought it out yet and I guess the manager said They told an employee to pull it. Needless to say I was annoyed I was done waiting and left without my purchase. The whole point of online orders is to get in and out quickly. I should have stuck with Sephora becasue I never have these problems when I shop with them. I thought Ulta would be easier since they weren’t in a mall but definitely not. Stay away from this location.

Received great customer service finding products from a tall lady who is half portuguese (I was not able to catch her name). However, Cashier Danielle with red hair was rude and unprofessional at checkout.

I was disappointed with how I was given the brush-off due to my interest in products for “older skin” care. I had a $100 bill in my pocket and it wasn’t spent at Ulta. I walked out & won’t be back.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for help while TWO associates TALKED to a friend! Never acknowledged my presence! I laid the hair tools on the counter right in front of them and walked out. Neither of them acknowledged! Wow!

This location is extremely understaffed. Some of the ladies working at this location could use some customer service training as well. Today I waited to check out for 20 minutes. I was the next person in line for the full 20 minutes. The silver lining is that the associates helping the lady in front of me were kind. When I last visited I noticed they didn't carry a hair line that their website indicated they had.at this location. I showed the photo to the associate.she cut me off and said "we don't carry that" and walked away. She was abrupt, didn't offer a reason why it showed in stock and didnt let me finish speaking. On my trip today I was able to locate the haircare line I was searching for (just a week prior) and they had everything from the whole line. I imagine it was in the back and they are so understaffed it is taking them time to get things on the floor. That's fine, not a big deal. The big deal is the attitude and the lines.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be discriminated against. I contacted a stylist here and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment she did not have a client and seemed visibly irritated. I’m assuming because of my curly, kinky hair. She ignored me and made me wait while tossing her supplies around her station. Another staff member greeted me and explained that the other girl woul be right with me. After waiting for close to 30 minutes the girl finally acknowledged me. I introduced myself and told her how much I loved her work on IG, trying to lighten the mood. She then rudely, started to complain to me about the texture of my hair. She told me I couldn’t just go to salons without telling them about my hair situation. I was humiliated and taken aback. Her attitude was bad and she remained hostile the rest of the time I was there. She kept taking breaks while doing my hair and did a very sloppy job on purpose. Her next client arrived and she went to greet her and told her that I was there so it was going to be a while like I was a problem. My hair looked awful I cried on my way to the car. I am a mixed race individual and I have never felt so disrespected at any salon. Ulta has lost my business as a customer. You should be ashamed. Nobody should be treated like that. And I will be letting everyone know about my negative experience here.
