Marilyn is also very patient and gave wonderful service. Overall i'd say that both these individuals have catered to a great experience. Thank you for all of your hard work!? (:

The salon is amazing, I love how my haircut and hair dye, highlights came out.and the other beauty treatments that made my hair look and feel beautiful. And I love how relaxing and it was a comfortable experience and thank you Genelly Quinones for makeing me feel like a million bucks.

The store was nice and clean. It was pretty busy when I went, so it was a bit hard to get help, but I was very happy that the store was well stocked as I left with what I needed. Will shop there again.

The staff was friendly however the store seemed to be lacking workers at the time I went there which was about 5 pm as it took a long while for anyone to acknowledge or assist me. This didn't bother me much as I know my way around as I am a makeup artist and knew what to look for. I also waited a long time in line even though there was only 2 persons ahead of me. The wait was due to only 2 persons at the register who didn't have any sense of urgency. Besides the lack of employees and the long wait. It was a pleasant enough experience.

I wish Google had a zero star option. Ulta overall continues to disappoint but this location is puts the cherry on top. It seems that Ulta across the board only hires individuals that lack customer skills and manners. Everytime I visit this location I am meet with sour faces and passive aggression. You should not be in the presence of people if you lack the basic CS skills.

Horrible customer service. Employees are RUDE and don’t try to assist you. Products are never in place in their shelves and so messy aisles and not organized. So sad I used to shop here a lot, not anymore.

Very satisfied with the services I have received from Donatello. Not only is he a very talented stylist but a great person too. His work ethic and transparency is outstanding.

I'm SO TIRED of being asked for my information at checkout then being told "well you can't return it if you're not part of our club" RING ME UP! I DON'T WANT TO BE PART OF YOUR CLUB especially after waiting in line 4x longer than I should because there aren't ever enough cashiers here!
