Eyebrows, and mustache waxing is CONSISTANTLY EXCELLENT service with Eric at this location! He is super clean, patient, and very friendly. On the other hand. Made a hair appointment.don't know why. Walked in and the lady was working alone. Had one lady in the chair, another walking around the store with aluminum foil in her hair, and another 2 sitting waiting. DON'T TAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE BOOKED. It was at least a 2 hour wait.

I have nothing against the store, you get everything, it's just that the girl with today's perfumes is not very emphatic with children or cars. She asked me to take them out and I told her ok, I'm leaving, because I was accompanying a friend to buy and I wanted to buy too but I couldn't because the next minute she saw the other friend to repeat the same thing to me that please take out the cart, I think that large franchises like Ulta, Sephora or any store should take care better their customer service and they should understand that many women sometimes have to go with children, it is understandable that if the children make disasters talk to the parents, but in this case that was not the problem, that is why I leave this review so that the next ones mothers who go with children in a car or car cannot enter because otherwise the staff where they sell the perfumes will not be very friendly, I hope the same thing does not happen to them but this is what happened to me today

I love this store! To be honest, it has many more products than Sephora. People there are way better at customer service than Sephora, I love it! I COULD SPEND A WHOLE DAY HERE

I decided to have a gloss treatment with tint and a blow-dry at the beauty salon. Stylist Ingrid B was very rough with my scalp when washing and drying my hair. Furthermore, she didn't tell me until the end that the gloss treatment was made for hair that had already experimented with dyes and my hair was virgin. If she had clarified it to me from the beginning when I asked her, she would not have made me a product that was not for my hair type. Furthermore, the drying left me with a lot of frizz and my hair did not have that shiny and healthy effect that the gloss offers. I contacted Ulta Beauty corporate to notify them of my dissatisfaction and after a few weeks, Ingrid B contacted me to complain about not being satisfied with her service! He always had an unprofessional attitude on the phone. It has been 24 days since my claim and the only call I have received from the Ulta Beuty team is from Ingrid B. A HORRIBLE experience!

Shopping here is pretty basic just like every other Ulta. However be prepared to remind them that you have points you want to use, they won't ask. Also be prepared for the look of shock and confusion when you bring up your points.annoying and unprofessional.

The cashier Giovann, I think, was a tall slim girl with beautiful natural hair. She gave me a store-only gift card when I told her I needed the gift card so I could use it online. I was super disappointed when I went home and I couldn't get what I wanted online I was super upset and disappointed every time I go to that store I feel so unwelcomed, that was just that straw that broke the camel's back.

Ingrid gave me the best curly cut. I definitely will be returning to Ulta Salon to have Ingrid cut&style my hair in the future.

They have different schedules all the time! You call and it says a time, you arrive at the store and it is another. I drove here for nothing.

This Ulta location is great. Shelves are stocked plus, the staff was really friendly and willing to help. Overall great experience.
