I am new to the area so I hadn’t found a good stylist. But I came across Erica- she did a wonderful job on my hair. I really like her and her work. She will be my go to stylist going forward.

Camille, she was great. I always go to Benefits Brow Bar. When I am in Florida or Michigan, my service has always been on point. The tinting and waxing is awesome. Thanks Camille for a wonderful job.

Jessica did an amazing cut. This is the first time she cut my hair and so I was pretty concerned that it might end up butchered. NOPE! She listened and asked lots of questions about what I wanted. She even asked if I allowed a razor on my hair. She was willing to do exactly what I wanted.

Very disappointed, website stated Ulta carried Bobbi Brown cosmetics. No.they do not! Told me to go to River City Ulta they carry Bobbi Brown cosmetics. No.they do not! So i went to Sephora, no.they do not carry Bobbi Brown cosmetics. They told me to try Nordstrom. Finally! Results!

Camille at the brow bar was able to make my brows look absolutely incredible and ended up giving me a stellar foundation recommendation. She was so so friendly and helpful! She made the experience for me and I'll be making more appointments in the future!

Received a welcomed greeting upon entering the store. I immediately received help from a very courteous, and sincerely kind employee. She assisted in the location of multiple products of different brands. Two items, unfortunately, were not in Stock, but the cashier was able to order those items, No additional charge for shipping to me directly.
Thank you to all of the employees who gave me the best customer service yesterday Wednesday, August 16,2023. I greatly appreciated your efforts and your assistance in helping me immediately upon entering your store. As my time was very limited, trying to prepare for a surgical procedure on Thursday, August 17,2023. Great Customer Service, Highly Recommend this location.

I recently visited Ulta at the recommendation of my sister, who had spoken highly of their press-on nail selection. Impressed by her suggestion to save money by avoiding salons, I decided to give it a try and was delighted with the wide range of choices available. This got me thinking, perhaps I could dabble in make-up as well. Realizing my lack of knowledge in this area, I was fortunate to encounter Rozanda, an extraordinarily patient and kind employee who graciously tolerated my ignorance when it came to the art of make-up. She guided me through the process, and eventually, another employee named Robin joined us. Robin not only continued the assistance started by Rozanda but went above and beyond in educating me and helping me select the most suitable products. I must applaud Robin for her gentle and kind demeanor, especially with my young daughter, as she radiates kindness and patience with everyone she interacts with. I am sincerely grateful to these ladies for their exceptional kindness, humility, and attentiveness to my needs. Ulta, thank you for providing me with such a splendid customer experience.

I highly recommend Camille with benefit brow bar! She is the only person in northeast florida I trust with my eyebrows. She is truly talented and sees the end picture of your goals ensuring not to take too much off at a time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A few weeks ago, my mother went to this store and bought me a gift card for my birthday. The charge for the gift card was fully valid and showing in her bank account. However, even before being used, the gift card had a $0 balance. After hours of calling customer service, the store itself, and speaking with general managers, nobody was any help. Do NOT go to this Ulta, at the risk of being robbed of your money and offered absolutely no help in return. Awful customer service. Issue was never rectified. Worst Ulta experience we have had, they just lost customers.

My cashier was Savvy. Today, I was treated like I was garbage and she was very agitated with me. I was trying to exchange a NYX eyeliner and I tried to ask for help reading the packaging since I have eye problems. I understand that she may not have been able to leave the register, but she did not offer to find someone who could help me. She had issues finding my account and when she did, she wanted me to produce my receipt. Thankfully, my daughter works at an Ulta and she taught me that they can see my transaction history, otherwise I would have been stuck with my eyeliner. I ended up just returning the product and leaving without anything because I felt so unwelcome. I felt like this could have been racially motivated since I am Mexican and my last name is Medina.

I went into Ulta and asked Braylin if she could recommend an eyebrow pencil. Not only did she escort me to where I could find the brand she was using but she helped me with blush and mascara too. She really listened to what outcome I was hoping to achieve and helped me select the brand and color that worked best for me. Thank you Braylin.

The manager seems clueless. My mother was attempting to check out with three Dyson blow dryers. As most people know, this is not a small purchase. She wanted to open a credit card to receive the 20% off. I asked the women checking us out if we can use her credit card to pay, but run it through my account. It is my birthday month so we would receive extra points. My mother doesn’t use the Ulta rewards program either, so it made sense to run it through my Ulta rewards account. The women checking us out originally said yes we can do that. AFTER my mother began opening a credit card, she said she misheard and that we couldn’t do that. I said okay well, can we open the credit card in my name, to use my account. Once again she says yes, then proceeded to have my mother answer the questions for her to open a credit card. At this point I am slightly baffled. She then states she is trying to have both of us open credit cards. My poor mother is confused, as like I stated she does not use the rewards system. The manager herself seemed confused when I mentioned the rewards account points. After putting in her information twice to open a credit card, this stated “quick and easy” process becomes beyond aggravating. The cashier making the process considerably more aggravating with her apparently lack of knowledge (or care) with everything we asked her. We say never mind on the credit card, do one transaction for everything and use my rewards account. (We were originally only going to use the credit card for the blowdryers, and not the other items we’d selected, as per the managers suggestion.) The cashier rings up only the blowdryers, tells my mom to proceed with the transaction, then tells me it is to late to use our rewards account on the transaction. So now we have lost points on an over $1300 purchase, and have to do another purchase. We were beyond shocked to find out our cashier is the MANAGER. Yulee Ulta please find a manager that not only understands their own system, but takes the time to actually listen to her customers. The only reason I’m not leaving a one star review are the other kind employees who helped us access my mothers account, so we could use the points from the blow dryer transaction. They also assisted us with our second transaction. Any one of them would make a better manager. We seriously considered returning then to repurchase elsewhere, or just walking away from the transaction completely.

This has to be the worst location ever. The manager there never wants to help anybody. She’s so impersonal and nonchalant. I have walked out of this location several times due to her sarcastic tone. I rather drive way to Town Center before coming to this location. Poor customer service skills here. I have no idea why ppl work in customer service if they don’t like dealing with ppl.
