Found everything I needed and then some. Staff was friendly and eager to help, but wasn’t constantly over your shoulder. Had several check out lines, so was easy and fast check out. Hopefully I have more time to browse around and shop next time I visit. It was just a quick in and out that visit. But I found what I was needing.

Kandi with Clinique helped my daughter today for her first makeup application. She took her time and explained technique, and went over how to clean her face properly. She made it a very special experience for both my daughter and myself and we really appreciate it! Thanks Kandi!

I stopped by the store July 6th. I was in town on vacation and my face had a horrible allergic reaction to something my first night there. My whole face looked completely broken out and covered in acne. I explained my situation, and they brought me over to an associate. Sorry I don't remember names. But she gave me a couple of samples of face wash creams. And my skin was almost better the next morning, and completely better by the second day. Thank you all so much for your help and the product recommendations.

Love this place. They have anything and everything you could want or need. The hair stylists are great and know just what you want and need. Jennifer was great as usual

I’m so disappointed with my hair. It looks nothing like the reference picture I showed the stylist. All I wanted was a new hair color to help raise my confidence and now I regret wasting so much money on hair I don’t even want to look at.

First time cutting my hair short, Ulta’s salon is the best place to go. I’ve always had long hair and had trust issues when it came to getting it short. But Ashley did an amazing job, she made sure i got exactly what I was looking for. Not even half way through the service we had a women complement the hair cut. Since then I’ve received multiple complements and it’s only been a few hours. I’m so glad I came here for my haircut. Thank you again Ashley for your amazing service and talent

Nice lady color matched 3 of my grandkids (teens) and we started them off on clinique foundation and everyone received a free gift.

I easily found items I was looking for even though the store was set up differently than the one I usually go to.

My friend dragged me in here because she needed a couple things. It’s bigger than our one at home but had pretty much the same stuff. They were selling a makeup case she wanted for 110$ which was ridiculous considering we found one like it somewhere else for 20$.

The store was clean, well organized and staff friendly and helpful so that’s always a plus.

Had an “acne clearing” facial. It was amazing! Highly recommend their facial services! My face cleared up after and heather was super amazing and knowledgeable

This Ulta store is nice and well stocked. However, I had an appointment for a brow wax and, after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time and not even being acknowledged by the lady who was scheduled to wax my brows, I left. Will not go there again.

I asked if makeup instruction was available, clerk said yes. Set an appointment for 9: 15, they open at 10. I called, got a long recording. Was not informed of the cost, that they wouldn't be open, or about having to wait for a phone prompt to be admitted for my appointment.

Glad I drove 40 minutes to my eyebrow appt and even called on my way there, to be told when i got there that someone was supposed to call and reschedule my appointment

I bought foundation and concealer the lady was very helpful I ran into a car door and had bruising under my eye she was so kind

Wasn't going to leave a review but I'm seriously irked. The stylist (I think her name was Hope Danielle) was making racist comments about her daughter's coworkers for a good majority of my cut. She also made rude comments about my sister that was with me. If it wasn't for the general manager taking care of it, I'd never be back.

Very large selection of makeup and supplies. Clean well decorated and organized. The service is excellent.
