Had issues with my laser cutter, they were very attentive to responding and trying to find solutions to my problem. Great customer service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered the Mosaic Palette 3 Pro and I paid an extra $100 to have it sent in July instead of August. Now I am told that they won't ship until September. I can not understand why I paid extra and still have to wait just as long. I'm not sure how other people are feeling that also paid the extra, but think it wrong. I was never informed I would have to wait an extra 2 months. No one contacted me. Not even as much as message from anyone. I didn't find anything out until I inquired where my shipment was. I feel like this was poor customer service and I'm still extremely irritated about this whole incident. Then they say that the reason it will be 2 months late is because of Covid. Covid was well around when when I ordered it back on April 5th. I find that to be an easy excuse to not give me my $100 back that I paid extra on. I feel as if I have been scammed by your company and I don't think I want to continue business after this and I get my product that I already paid for. Thanks have a nice day.

I love that I can call and right away be connected to someone who not only knows how to help me, but who has the patience to walk me through it. They've even gone so far as to face time with me so I can show them the problem and fix them! Thank you! Highly recommend!

I purchased a 3d printer phrozen xl, p
lus uv cure, plus equipment. They are proposing financing but it is scam. I m paying $160 for 33 months, and it is a lease! Not a loan. It means I need to give back the equipement at the end of the 33 months or purchase the equipement from the leasing company at the market value. $5000 at the end for not owning anything. When I call ultimate 3d printing store they are keep saying it was a purchase and not a lease, and to see with the leasing company One time payment.
It is a big scam.

I ordered a new Flux laser engraver/cutter that failed out of the box. These things happen. What I appreciate is how responsive and supportive the Ultimate 3D Printing Store team was trying to fix, then ultimately replacing the machine with a new unit that works flawlessly. Their Youtube channel has some great videos showing how to use and maintain the equipment they sell. Amazon can't provide this kind of service and support!

Great customer service and support. Look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

After getting ahold of their support team, these guys were able to find an LCD screen replacement for my printer almost instantaneously after finding out my current screen was faulty. I do appreciate the urgency they had to get me a new one.

Running a small business is hard especially when you are reliant on every customer coming into your door but the most difficult thing is trying to get them to wait while you are getting replacement parts. U3DPS was able to get one of my printers back up and running which allowed me to fulfill back orders. I would recommend them to however is looking to buy 3D printing/manufacturing equipment just make sure you get ahold of them and ask for Zeth!

Zeth and Mike went above and beyond for me, and I can't tell them how much I appreciate it. Within a day they diagnosed my problem (laser tube was dying) and had it shipped out the next day. They have been happy to answer any and all questions that I had and were extremely patient with me through it all. I wish more companies had customer service like Ultimate 3D, I will be using them for all my future laser needs!

Had a fantastic experience working with Zeth, he was great! I ordered the beambox pro and called him multiple times and was always patient and helpful. I live in Canada, so I had many questions and concerns before I made my purchase. He went out of his to connect with a past Canadian client and shared some great info. The shipping was very fast, came well packaged! For Canadians looking to bring something across the border, the taxes and duties were very reasonable and shipping was efficient.

I purchased over 4 thousand dollars worth of Phrozen Products. 3 days ago I emailed the sales department, that my $799.99 ultrasonic cleaner was damaged during shipping. I haven't herd anything. I also purchased the Route shipping insurance as well. I own 2 business and I go out of my way to respectively take care of all customers rather they purchase 1.00 or 500.00 dollars it makes no sense as to why companies don't try harder to help there customers. ‍️ UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally and resolved all issues! There are so many better options out there than this cesspool. Customer service is terrible and truly just don't seem to care.

Ultimate 3D printing Store is AMAZING! Roy was so helpful and knowledgeable about the flux series, he helped me choose the correct one for me. He also explained the software and the additional items I needed for proper ventilation. I highly recommend them, although I do not finance through them their finance team is amazing as well.

SO many better options out there for anyone looking for reliable 3D Printer source / support. Definitely do not shop here.

Buying from u3pds was the worst experience I've ever dealt with in my life. They sent the wrong product the first time. Then they sent me a printer that was clearly used. And then they wouldn't let me return it!

Post sale support is non-existent. Stay away. Find dealer that is interested to provide good service and support as these people do not.

Ordered a product, set it up and plugged it in, it never turned on once, and their customer service will NOT let me return it. DO NOT BUY FROM U3DPS

Amazing company. I was hesitant because I did not know what to expect so instead of ordering online I decided to drive to their location since it was about an hour away. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me some pointers on the product we were purchasing. They even did a demo of it for us right there. We had an issue with the laser cutter (no fault of theirs) and I called and they told me to bring it back and swapped it out there for me. I have to stay away from that place because every time I seem to go there for something I end up buying more stuff. While there we purchased an additional add-on to the laser cutter. Omazing customer service!

He's helped me figure out what I'm doing, and I'm finally operating the machine on my own! These guys are great. Highly recommend!
