I realize there were some poor experiences here but this has been under new ownership for the past three months and it is now fantastic! Anna is fantastic. She really knows what she is doing. She’s a true artist. The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and congenial. I love coming here. If you had a bad experience here in the past, I encourage you to try again. If you’ve never been, make this your regular nail spa!

I followed one of the new owners, Anna, from the original salon I met her at to her new salon, Ultimate Nails, because she is more than worth it. I drive a little over 30 minutes every two weeks to get my nails and toes done by her! I have never, ever been disappointed & I am so excited for this new adventure for her!

Had my nails done with Anna she is great. Sooo sweet and nice? Did exactly what I wanted! Thank you Anna!

I will definitely be back. Today was my first time here and Cindy did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

They recently changed owners and I followed the new owner from where she worked before. Went for the first time today and I loved the place, Anna was amazing and I love my nails, this is my new favorite place from now on.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - - dip powder and gel polish! My dip powder was CAKED on, and my nails weren’t filed properly. I asked the owner to look at my nails before the top coat was put on, and he looked at me as though I was looking for a problem. Business is conducted differently, i.e, you can only dip one hand in a bowl of acetone at a time, nor can you question the service of the Tech you’re with, or else your cuticles will pay the price. Human service isn’t an option. This was my first and last time at this salon.

My mom and I have been giving this salon our business with a standing appointment every three weeks for a nexgen and acrylic manicure + regular pedicure.she warned me from the beginning that the owners didn’t seem to be receptive to any feedback whatsoever, but i always try to see the good in people so i defended them and gave them the benefit of the doubt.i had been getting a great job done by one of the techs who left recently (i wonder why), so i was switched over to the owner.when i had my fill done yesterday i informed the owner that i had a crack on the side of my thumbnail, but she was positive that i was imagining it.today after seeing my nails in the sun it became quite obvious that i wasn’t.so i went into the salon and kindly asked for her to correct it.that didn’t seem to be a problem until i mentioned that my nails were alot thicker than i am used to, at which point she flat out told me that she is “not going to make them any thinner. ” supposedly the acrylic weakens after a couple fills so it has to be thicker to not break… which is quite literally the opposite of what the tech who i normally went to (and never had a problem with) told me.when i responded to the owner that i never had a problem with the tech making them thinner (as if i should have to justify anyways?) she coldly retorted that i should “go find another [tech’s name] somewhere else to do your nails. ” i had no response for that except that i would be following her advice and not coming back.i mean… aren’t you supposed to stand by the work that the people you hired do, especially when it’s good? I don’t understand the defensiveness.anyways, even if you weren’t getting the good money that my mom and i pay all the time, it’s being a decent human to listen to someone else’s concerns and want to alleviate them.i will not return to a place where i am treated by another human in such a callous way.i will probably get a response from the owners that will gaslight what i just said but still putting this out there for anyone who wants to listen:)

I would give this establishment a plus for the availability of services as walk-in. However, the Technician that provided the service was very rude and unfriendly. Pretended not to hear my questions or instructions and we never had a eye to eye contact during my tenure at the Salon. Technician appeared not to be happy with her employ. It was interesting during my checkout that the sole male employee provided some levity as to encourage a generous gratuity. I would rate this Salon as not customer friendly. Quality of service average.

Just moved here from Houston and have been looking for a nail place like my hometown. I have gone to 5 different places between boca and delray and no one hit the mark. First time going today and saw Ruby and wasn’t disappointed. She is super sweet and pleasant. She had to remove my acrylic nails and my shellac from my toes and didn’t rip them off, she soaked them, which is something no one else in Florida had done. She gave me a great pedicure and manicure and feel super refreshed. Will be back!

What a great place to have your nails done. My nails look great and last. Great pedi as well. The owners and staff are very friendly. I drive from Clewiston and it's well worth it.

I have been to this nail salon many time and always has good experienced. Until today, I was assigned to a new staff Hannah, she did a TERRIBLE job. The whole process of my pedicure was 20 minutes (included nail polish). My cuticles wasn't cut and no massage at all. I has a pedicure but feel more like a polish change.

The place is average and affordable, went twice with my daughter. They did an acceptable job the first time in general, but my pedicure was ok.the second time we visit this place, was awful and scary, the technician cut my daughters cuticles so much that she was in pain for more than a week. No I do not recommend this place.
