This company is a scam. Evelyn works with companies to steal wages from unsuspecting workers. I was happy to work with them at first until Xojet conspired with the agency to pay me less then the job was worth. I was offered $25 dollars for a Operations Flight controller position that starts at $41. Evelyn claimed that I was responsible for my own negotiations even though she was assigned to represent me. I worked my way up from data entry to operations in less than 3 months. I had to train to be promoted and Evelyn denied me a pay increase for being elevated. I was attacked by another staffing employee who was caught putting dirty ice in my drinks. When I called Evelyn, she yelled at me that I was over reacting. The other employee was white and I am black. I plan to sue both companies for racial discrimination.
