The staff is so caring and knowledgeable on all injures.
Upon arriving you are pleasantly greeted and scheduling is so easy to suit you.
Special care is what they offer and relief of pain.

Let me just start this by saying i was not an actual patient here (wish i were) but my grandma was! And long story short we needed to find PT for her quickly once her sciatica got so bad she wasn’t able to walk.i called this place frantically hoping we would be able to get her in and they were able to get her in that day. Andrea the receptionist/does it all was so unbelievably kind.loved getting our reminder calls from her.and every visit we had there was so lovely/relaxing.normally i would just drop grams off to an appointment.but i literally was as happy as grams was to go to each appointment.all the PTs were so kind.you’re always offered water or coffee.so caring.they really took the most incredible care of grams and she is actually all better now.so kind of a bummer we won’t see everyone again? I wouldn’t even bother looking to go anywhere else.if you need a PT.this is where you HAVE to go.omg almost forgot! They also waited for us in the beginning of her first couple of appointments to get her insurance figured out before grams was charged. 5 star care and customer service.oh and the place was always immaculate - clean as a whistle. Thank you Tony, Elizabeth, Rick, Andrea and Sylvia ️‍️‍️‍

Thank you all the wonderful, caring and acknowledge staff at Ultimate Wellness PT Center, in Port Charlotte. My back is right on track now and playing tennis free of pain.

Stars are not nearly enough. I found them highly skilled and compassionate in dealing with my old brain and body. The staff listened to my concerns and increasing weaknesses, Their ability to teach an old dog new tricks was remarkable. The Staff Andrea, Sylvia, Rick, Toni, and Elizabeth were wonderful and always made me feel like I was important to them.

Rick and his team at ultimate wellness really have a passion about getting you back to health. They are compassionate and caring and will help you throughout the process. I have been to other facilities and they treat you like a number at ultimate wellness you feel like family.

I've been to many physical therapist over the years for back pain etc. This is the best I have ever been to. They tailor the treatment to what you need and are very good with helping me get pain free. I would recommend them to anyone who is having pain and trouble with their body. Very experienced and friendly staff from the girl at the front desk to all the therapists. I would rate them at the top.

I had a low back injury at the beginning of this year causing pain and numbness down my left leg (Sciatica). I was referred to Ultimate Wellness by my doctor and after over 6 weeks of therapy focusing on my problem I am pain free without pain meds. I honestly did not expect this kind of improvement and yet they help me achieve just that. KUDOS to ALL that are there. I am retired after having worked in Healthcare for over 50 years so I know a little bit of this business and they have my trust and belief in them should I ever need them again. THANK YOU!

Ultimate Wellness PT is a skilled empathetic professional staff. I needed treatment for a very sore and bruised ankle with blood clot in leg. My initial meeting with Andrea was the beginning of a professional caring relationship. She helped me schedule and understand my billing. She was always pleasant.
My therapists taught me exercises and used tends unit and heat for relaxation. I moved along to slow motion and balance activity.
My therapists were sincere and knowledgeable. All interactions with patients were caring and respectful.
I have improved and will continue to use the professional guidance I received. Thank you for my quality experience.

I have been associated with Ultimate Wellness for quite a few years. I have known Rick the owner for a long time. I have an ongoing Lower Back problem problem that requires me get therapy when I need it. The Therapy workers and all the Staff are very professional. They are like Family. I had a right knee replacement Dec. 2 2020. The Doc cut a nerve. I had leg seizures, Very painful. Rick and his staff were very patient and diligent helping me work thru the rehab process. I had my left knee replaced Sept. 21,2021. There was no question I was going back to them again. At this date I have completed my second rehab with them. I can't say enough about them. I will miss them. They make you feel like family.

I went to Ultimate Wellness in Port Charlotte to continue with my physical therapy for torn rotator surgery. I had recently moved from New Hampshire where I had been receiving treatment. I found the entire staff (from Andrea to Rick) to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They all showed that they truly cared about my well-being. They not only went above and beyond for me but I also witnessed all the staff doing it for all the patients. I can not express the gratefulness I have for the entire staff. They have helped me beyond my expectations.
If I ever need physical therapy again I will definitely be going back to see Rick and his staff. I can not speak highly enough about them.

Rick and Jason provided me with great Physical Therapy services. I was new to Florida recovering from surgery and they figured out what I needed and helped me through recovery. They didn't just give me a bunch of exercises and send me home but became actively involved in my recovery. They used a variety of modalities all designed to recover full movement.

The office was pleasant with friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend Ultimate Wellness.

I have been treated at other P. T.facilities, but, Ultimate Wellness is by far the "Best". Beginning with the sweet and so professional Andreas' voice reminder of appointments to Rick, Sylvia and all other staff, I can't say enough of their professional help in so many ways. My back problems to my balance has so improved and has given me back my quality of life. What a wonderful group of caring and kind professionals. Life doesn't get much better when you have such quality medical care treating you as special as family as well.

I don’t know if there are enough words to describe the
gratitude I have toward the staff at Ultimate Wellness Physical Therapy. I found this office by looking at other folks referral. I had been going to a chiropractor monthly to get my pelvis back in line. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, I knew it was time to do something different.
Rick and Jason have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Besides the excellent therapy I received at the office, I was also given different exercises to do at home to help improve my posture and exercises to strengthen the lower back.
Like a good student, I have done these exercises faithfully and am amazed at how much better I am.
Rick and Jason…: you guys ROCK!
