Definitely recommend and will use in the future. Had an “emergency” clogged toilet due to a family member with dementia. They showed up within hours and went the extra mile to fully diagnose and remedy the issue. Required removing the toilet & finding foreign object I wasn’t aware of. Personable and professional. Totally free advice! Gary diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to tell me how to fix it on my own. NO CHARGE! Prior to that, he told me how to save money if they did come out for a service call. Would definitely use again. They cared more about helping and doing the right thing than making money.
12/30/2021 UPDATE: Main sewer line clogged. Gary diagnosed over the phone again for FREE. He suggested I pump septic tank before having him come out which SAVED ME MONEY!

Haven't used their services yet. That's uo to the owner. But their professionalism, friendlessness and a attention to detail was wonderful. They did a thorough inspection of
the problem and what was needed and explained it all to where even myself understood. Great experience. Hoping the owner will use you. Thanks guys.

I reached out on Friday about a garbage disposal installation, and by Monday it was installed. Very professional yet friendly, and great value for the price. Also completed the job very quickly, would highly recommend.

Gary was at my house in less than an hour after I called him. He did a great job and I was charged the price I was quoted on the phone. He cleaned up after himself too. I would definitely use this service again!

I was going down the list of local plumbers on Google trying to see who could come out and take a look. I had called several but had only managed to contact one actual person and the fee to come out and look was $80. I was feeling frustrated trying to look up online to see if this was a real issue or not (the wall behind the toilet was thumping and vibrating!)

Then I got a call from Gary. He saw my number had called his business and returned the call. Gary was awesome. He went over the possible problems with me and what each scenario would look like. He gave his best estimate and then told me it was probably an easy fix if I could get to the toilet. Then he actually guided me through fixing the problem!

I was floored. Not only did Gary reach out to me, fix the problem, be he didn't charge me for the call. He assumed I didn't know anything about plumbing and talked me through the process very plainly (which was very, very helpful).

To someone like me, who really does not nothing about plumbing, this was amazing. I didn't need to pay $80 to have someone come out and open a valve. I think companies get caught up in the money aspect of things and forget we are real people, concerned about our real homes. Gary treated me with respect and kindness and that is so appreciated. He has definitely earned my future plumbing business!

Gary was fantastic. He fixed both sinks and unclogged the drains at a great price. He was kind and professional. I will be using him for all future plumbing needs.

Gary was first to respond with my problem by giving me a quote for labor and materials. Other companies needed to send someone before giving a quote. Gary also was able to let Justin come the following day to fix my problem.

My toilet was clogged in my only bathroom. Gary came out right away (later in the evening) to clear the toilet drain. He showed me a plunger technique that easily cleared the drain. In addition he ran a snake through the line while flushing with water to be sure it was clear. His price was very fair for the work and information I received. I would gladly call him again.

Contacted Gary through Angies List and he responded back fast. Made appointment for washer valve replacement and sent over a couple pictures so he could see what he was working with. Our laundry room is small and he had to pull out the heavy washer and climb over to get behind it. It was more work than I'm sure he expected but he was very professional, friendly and he cares about his work. He gave me a price when we chatted online and he stuck to it. I'm so glad I found him and I will definitely be calling again down the road for other projects. I would recommend to others looking for a plumber. Gary is outstanding and cares about his work and would definitely recommend.
