It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving this low review. I was a client of the owner and had two visits. $180.00 each. I have very curly hair. The goal was to go from brunette to gray/platinum blonde. In my 1st appt, I told her to cut the way she wanted I dont care but can go as short as a pixie. I ended up with a terrible haircut. It was a cut I see many have but it wasn't good for curly hair & instead of beginning the gray transformation we did a root touch-up.

The next appt I told her I wanted a pixie & received a very matronly longish cut that definitely was not what I asked for nor anywhere near my personality. We did begin the lightening process which was pretty good but some of the hair was orange.

Upon checking out I was not happy, especially at this cost. I went back to her chair and told her I wanted a pixie and that I wanted it to go behind my ears or shorter. What I ended u with was unacceptable. The back was noticeably uneven and the side too was noticeably uneven. My co-workers saw the unevenness and encouraged me to go elsewhere and get it fixed. Five days after her cut, I was able to get apt and I got the pixie I had been asking for. I and others love my pixie cut which cost $20.00. In a few weeks, I will be platinum blonde.

The pricing of $180 is way out of my budget but was willing to pay it to get what I wanted and then it would have been low maintence follow-up. I don't understand why some stylists can't listen.

The owner is a delightful lady and Im truly not happy leaving this review more so having this experience.

I absolutely adore this salon. Everyone is so kind and upbeat. Never a bad time here. They always listen to what you want and do it to the best of their ability of suggest something similar if what you want isn't achievable. 100000% recommend.

I've been going to this salon for a year now. It radiates such an infectious positive vibe that I always leave happy. All of the staff are super friendly. Morgan is a miracle worker with my cuts and hair color; I get so many compliments. Mandy is amazing with my facials, lash lift and tints, and skincare treatments. I just love it!

I can't praise this group of talented and caring ladies enough! Each stylist is so incredibly welcoming and intelligent in their field of design and color. Their esthetician is hands down the best quality you're going to find anywhere! Each person who works there is very good at establishing a genuine relationship with you and I trust them for not only my hair and facial needs, but also that of my 3 daughters! We've been going here for 4 years now and won't go anywhere else love these ladies! The Unbridled experience is a MUST!

Today was my first time using this salon and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I am new to the area so finding a new place like this is a gem. Nickie did an amazing job on my hair and I left with exactly what I asked for she was professional, and so sweet. She made us a great experience, I am already looking forward to my next appointment with Nickie.
