Outstanding service. Called because another company was going to take 24-48 hours to fix an issue they came and diagnosed. Underwood was here the very next day. The tech was very courteous and professional. They did great work and got my AC back up and running. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Great company to do business with! I reached out to 2 other popular companies in the area to replace my condenser, both of them were only interested in replacing my whole system, air handling unit and all. Adam at Underwood AC did the extra leg work and found a compatible condenser to my air handling unit which SAVED ME THOUSANDS Of DOLLARS. They were very quick to respond and resolved my issue. Technician was on time; he was very professional and knowledgeable. This is the company I will be using from now on for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them. I also have them perform annual maintenance on my HVAC unit at a great price, they are very thorough in their inspections and service

Very knowledgeable and professional owners and staff. Underwood AC replaced our 16 year old HVAC system. Adam and Heather (owners) replied to my every question in a friendly and timely manner in easily understood language. Bob and Larney completed the install. I am a hands on customer (very inquisitive) so watched the entire install (7.5 hours). I learn by watching (not ready to install HVAC but better informed now). I searched for an AC company when we moved to Central Florida a few years ago. I met with several companies before making a decision. After meeting with Adam and talking to Heather, I felt comfortable that they were the right choice. When we decided to use the garage as more living space, we hired them and they installed a mini split AC and fully insulated the garage. I was thrilled with the work and Adam and his technicians were excellent. I wish I could remember their names to give them a shoutout as well. We use Underwood AC for a scheduled general maintenance program and we are always satisfied with the work and service.

My experience with Underwood AC has been very positive. They are always accommodating and provide updates when coming to perform service. The technician Tom provided details of the work he was performing. He cleaned up after the service including blowing off the front porch which really wasn't necessary! I would highly recommend this company.

Over priced service.they charged me service call 69 dollars.capacitor +labor130 dollars and to tighten up a wire 126 dollars! They don t have a receipt. I paid $337 for less an hour service!
I called the office to revise the charge she said that is our lowest price! That is a rip-off! The employee was okay if she looses a customer! I am waiting for the owner to get back to me.

We had a Daikin 2.5 ton heat pump AC installed about a year ago and it has been amazing!
Underwood AC is outstanding! I definitely recommend them!

I hired Underwood AC to perform maintenance service on my unit.

They found out that the refrigerant level was low and there was a possible leak.

They replaced the evaporator coil and coil pan with the manufacturer's warranty.

After the work was completed, I keep finding water leaking outside of my unit.

They were responsive and took the time to come check out the problem 3 times until it was solved.

I had a bad experience with a competitor company and reached out to Underwood AC on a Friday night. They called me Saturday morning and had a tech at my house in 2 hours. They apologized for the other company and did the service that I wanted the original company to perform and saved me from purchasing a new unit that I didn’t need just yet.

Truly understanding a company’s service level and customer appreciation is not how they handle an initial sale, but also and more importantly how they handle issues and warranties. The team at Underwood AC handled a warranty on an AC extremely quickly, squeezing me into other appointments and truly shows their dedication to their customers. As always the tech was on time, quick work, clean job site, and completed work in a timely manner.
