The girls in the front desk were knowledgeable and so nice. I got waxed with Suleny and she was great! It was my first time and she made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Overall it was amazing.

My experience went like this: I was greeted upon walking in. Checked in a had a very short wait time until being called to the back. The woman that called me in told me to head to room 3. She put 2 wipes on the bed and walked out. She did not pull out the step or garbage from under the table. This could have been a mild oversight and I dismissed it as such. I disrobed and laid down. Then she knocked, reentered, and begin the process.
I have been getting waxed for the past twenty (20) years, this is THE first time I have ever had some one attempt to complete the process with one hand. When she did use two hands, it was just the pads of her finger tips of her left hand. It was very obvious she did not want to touch me. This not only increased the pain when removing the wax, I was also left with an incomplete wax. The inner most areas were untouched and I will have to schedule another appointment (at another location) to get the complete wax that I paid for. Prior to this experience I have thoroughly enjoyed this location and the young lady at the front desk is an absolute pleasure and has the perfect personality for her position. Actually all of the staff, up until yesterday, have been wonderful. But after this experience I can honestly say I have never been so embarrassed and uncomfortable in my entire life. So I will not be returning.

Marilin R cannot be replaced. I travel from TEXAS for her services. I wish I could take her with me when I travel. She is fast and at the same time so gentle. I have sensitive skin and I have never had a bad experience with her. She is truly a professional with great personality. Love her!

Yenny is the best waxer at uni k wax. She’s extremely loving, caring, is always very aware of not leaving any hairs behind and that the service is done perfect. She’s very friendly and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable when waxing intimate parts. Definitely will recommend Yenny to be your waxer!
