Have been going to the Coral Gables location for years now very cool and everybody’s very courteous. I always request Lorena She is great. I recommend her 100%.

I had my eyebrows cleaned and shaped. The technician (I think that her name was Krystal) did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back.

I've always gone to this Uni K Wax for my upper lip hair removal but this is the second time they burn my skin. It depends who gets it done but most of the time they're good.

Kary A is my favorite technician: she’s so sweet, vibrant, and an expert in pain free hair removal. I entrusted my 11 year old daughter to Kary A for her first wax, and she did a phenomenal job putting my daughter at ease and making an otherwise anxiety-inducing procedure feel like a piece of cake.

This location is literally trash. My first time I came here I got an infection from their services. I know it had to have been due to the waxer performing it because i regularly go to their BRICKELL location and have never had a problem there. The receptionist initially told me that because of that issue I could get my next one free and redeem it at my usual location. When I tried to book turned out it wasn’t the case and they made me go back to the coral gable location to redeem it. Which was slightly humiliating because I obviously had a bad experience there. Nonetheless I’m trying to be mindful of my spend these days so I decided to swallow it and go for the free wax which I felt I deserved. I arrived 9 mins late (my appt was at 4: 20) and the receptionist informed me that they took the 4: 35 appt over mine. I still fell withi grace period NONETHELESS I would expect better service especially since getting a freakin infection was disgusting and uncomfortable and I think it’s pathetic they wouldn’t be accommodating for me on return. At the end of my visit the receptionist said out loud that she didn’t understand why my visit was free, it’s shameful that she made me explain to her why when the system showed her my visit was free. She made me repeat two times that it was because I had an infection from my last visit. When I’m sure she could have just taken the time to review the notes in the system. The system was logging that I had a free wax, what’s the point of confronting me and making me relive it? Nonetheless she proceeded to repeat myself twice because she didn’t hear me. THEN told me she didn’t understand why I had an attitude when all I said ver batim was “ because last time I got an infection” the receptionist desperately needs customer service training. It was a horrible uncomfortable experience.

This is the WORST waxing place I’ve ever been to! They severely BURNED my face! I had to pay expensive medical bills and I have HUGE SCARS for life. I went for eyebrow waxing and I have to look like a monster from the next day. I wish someone had told me how untrained this technician was, she rushed to provide this service and applied the wax boiling hot, not once, but twice in the same area! TERRIBLE experience!

This was my first time going and I went because of all the great reviews I read about Lorena. I have to say that she is absolutely the best. She was very caring and personable. I was scared because it was my first time but she is such a professional pro that by the time we finished our conversation she was done with my Brazilian wax.
