Worse place ever! Garbage. Worked a few hours and didnt get my hours paid! Total fraud! NO HR "HUMAN RESOURCES" A MESS!

I had to call back four times to schedule a simple appt, because their phone system is broken and kept hanging up on me. Took over 45 minutes to get someone on the line. During that wait, I went to their website, and they don't have an automated scheduling system so we don't have to go through the torture of waiting on a broken phone system for help. I hope that my actual MRI experience is going to be better, but I am not holding my breath.

I had an exceptional experience with the ultrasound technique at Unique Image Midtown in Miami, Florida. Izzy Dominguez's kindness, empathy, and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere during my care last Wednesday. Their skill and attention to detail stood out, giving me confidence and comfort throughout the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

My mother went to have an abdominal ultrasound in Midtown, the African American at the front desk who saw her that day and who also speaks Spanish had a bad attitude, she refused to speak Spanish, (luckily my mother speaks a little English) it took a while.in processing the payment and my mother pressing from her cell phone to make the transfer, when in the end this woman received payment she did not even want to communicate it to my mother and I heard my mother continue fighting for said transfer! Afterwards, they assured my mother on the phone that this girl had processed the payment, so she got up and went to ask her, the woman answered reluctantly and with great indifference, "Yes, and that she should go sit down and wait for her. " they will call "what's up? " but even though the problem was resolved, this woman still brought in 2 patients who arrived long after my mother, so my mother had to wait a long time for the said ultrasound to be performed, which already takes a long time. In the end and only because of the good attention that the ultrasound technician gave her, my mother forgot the bad time before and when she left, despite everything, she kindly said goodbye to the woman at the front desk, but she was the only one who came back to see her and didn't even I don't even answer him! And his surprise was even more when he heard her speaking in perfect Spanish with another patient of Cuban origin! Simply put, this woman from the beginning was not kind, she had a bad attitude, she did not treat my mother well and we don't even know why? 2 months later and Unique Imaging Center still had not delivered the results of the ultrasound to my mother's primary doctor, they were called from this Dr's office to deliver it and they did not answer either! It was a bad experience, I will not use their services again.

I had an overall positive experience at Unique Imaging, thanks to the exceptional kindness and professionalism displayed by the two women at the front desk, Yaima and April, and my ultrasound tech, Nicolette. They were truly stellar.

However, my experience was sullied by an issue with Gio in the insurance department, which is my sole reason for not giving a 5-star rating. Gio inaccurately reported that I owed $60, despite my understanding that I had a $0 copay. When I addressed this with Gio, the interaction became challenging. Despite my respectful inquiry, Gio responded with hostility.

I requested Gio to verify the information with my insurance company, but he declined, stating he had already spoken with them. He insisted I call them myself for confirmation. I requested a reference number for his call, and Gio refused to provide it. He told me the name of the rep that he spoke with and suggested I find the information on my own. I really hope that calls are recorded so that management can listen to the demeaning manner in which he spoke to me.

Upon calling my insurance company, I discovered that Gio's information was indeed incorrect. The rep confirmed my copay was $0 and pulled the notes from Gios call which showed the rep that he spoke with also told him my copay was $0, so they are unsure why he put a $60 copay on my account or where he even got that amount from. They provided me with reference numbers for both Gio's call and mine. I shared this information with Yaima at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and promptly resolved the issue. This issue with Gio caused my appointment time to be pushed back by about 30 minutes, even though I arrived 30 minutes early. I’m concerned about Gio’s business practices and I wonder how many customers he has overcharged. The manner in which Gio conducted himself during our phone call suggests that reporting inaccurate copay information might not be an isolated incident, which could have adverse effects on this company. I plan to reach out to upper management and propose a thorough audit of all accounts that have been handled by Gio. I’d like a clear answer as to how/why such a grave mistake took place. But again, I’m very thankful that Yaima did not dismiss my concern and helped me resolve this issue, she truly is a model employee.

Excellent service, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Quiet and very clean facility, I went to the Midtown location, very easy to park. Special mention to Steve, who performed my test, súper profesional and nice.

I highly recommend this facility, great experience!

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to try out for an MRI and my overall experience left much to be desired. From start to finish, the encounter was riddled with issues that significantly impacted my satisfaction.

Appointment was at 8: 30pm, so weird. I had to wait 45 minutes, and then, when I asked for the CD, the woman in the front desk said the will send it to my Dr. It never happened, I call again and they said they will send, but the didn't.

L am claustrophobic! However, the machine is fairly comfortable— it is well lit…and also PLENTY of air running through it. That helped me feel comfortable. Also the staff was great! They were very pleasant and that put me at ease. Go in the evening to reduce your stress! Good luck to all claustrophobes—you can do it, too!

The staff and radiology specialists are professional, friendly and present as caring individuals. For someone in pain the atmosphere is calming and pleasant. Thank you for your service.
