After booking online, I brought my dad here to get his first pedicure with me, which he was reluctant about. When we got there, we were told the person he was scheduled to see wasn’t there today, but to come back tomorrow because she would be back. No apology, no attempt to make it right.

My dad left and I felt bad, but I had already started so I stayed. As I was paying, I brought up their mistake and asked if they could do something for him. Instead of an apology, I got a story about how the person who wasn’t there was in a car accident and forgot to block out her schedule online and that my dad could get “no more than” a 10% discount and that it would come out of her salary even though it wasn’t her fault “but that’s ok”? When I asked her if she could write that on the card she gave me, she said no because she couldn’t guarantee it and had to discuss with the owner. I asked her to just make a note about the error then and again she refused. I asked for the owner’s name in case there was any problem. She said “I can’t give it out. She doesn’t like me to. But, you can call tomorrow and ask to speak to her. ”

This was the worst interaction and clearly dishonest. Unprofessional, no customer service training. No wonder so many 1 star reviews from the quality of the process to trying to get something fixed that they mess up…

Unique Nails & Spa has been great! The nail specialists are friendly and accommodating. The Spa is clean and pleasant as well. I've always had a great experience since I've been visiting over the last 3 months. I've found my new nail spa home:)

I booked through classpass and drove over 20mins to get here just to show up and then to tell me to leave because they didn’t check their classpass booking system. Not only that they wouldn’t refund me directly after I already paid. They knew they couldn’t take my apt and didn’t call or email me. They tried to lie and tell me they emailed me but I’m standing right in front of them showing no email at all.

The shop is beautiful, clean and fresh, very friendly staff and the very best manicure and set of acrylic nails I have ever had! Dani is meticulous in her work, my nails look fabulous! I will recommend this shop to all my friends! The owner spent time with me after my manicure and chatted about her vision for her beautiful salon!

Does good pedicures but I've booked an eyebrow wax twice and each time they didn't do it! Why am i allowed to book something you refuse to do. Second and last time coming back.

This review is for the owner, I purchased online package for Gel full set mani and pedi for $70. Once I entered the salon I confirmed with owner what does that include she said it only include acrylic overlay not tips (I was surprised because I thought full set includes tips too) anyways I agreed to this and continued. The tech did worst job on my hands and pedicure was fine. She charged me $55 just for gel pedicure and not for nails. She said she can correct it on monday, then I can pay for it. I am not sure how come in $70 package she took $55 just for pedicure no explanation given.when I came again to correct nails with appointment, found out owner didn't book an appointment for me kept me waiting for 1 hour. They asked me more $35 just for gel polish without acrylic. I called the owner she yelled at me and said my tech will not do anything for you for free and said if you don't want to give money then that's fine. I was so upset but was not happy not to pay for technicians work. Finally ended paying $90 + tips just to get my nails painted with gel polish. The owner doesn't know business at all. My suggestion is avoid this salon for your mental Peace.

Love this place! They were very patient with me and waited until I was happy with the 3 coats I needed and also they are pretty affordable. I will definitely be coming back.

Horrible job on my nails, I was so upset & a complete waist of my money, they only got a star because the girls were nice but they have no clue how to do nails.

First time there and I will never going back. They barely spoke English. My appointment was for 1pm. Did not get sat until 1: 30pm. I did not get finished until 3: 45. For dip on my fingers. My nails do not look good. She did not understand what I wanted. She also cut me twice. I will tell everyone I know to stay clear from this place. Biggest waste of my time and money!

I want to start by saying that the lady was not very nice at the beginning. When she was removing the dip powder that I already had on, she was actually hurting me with the Dremel, I was telling her and she was like: oh no it’s just because I have to remove it. And I’m just quite and internally saying: no because I have been doing my nails for many years with the powder and that has never happened to me) but whatever I was just being patient as we both were tired. Then she cut me and almost cut me a second time. On top of that She e took amost 3 hours to do my manu, I was very patient, I did not say a word even though when she was being rude, even though when after she did my nails she messed up one with the dremel by doing it to hard and I was like if you don’t do it so hard you would’ve of not taken that piece off (I’ve even done a course myself and I was just letting it ride) and she said oh no is the white color. Then when I managed to stay calm during the whole time I get to the register and they charge me an extra $15 for removal, even when I did dio. Never in my life ever anywhere have paid for removal when you are doing the same service. Everywhere else you pay $45 which is what they ‘’charge’’ and then they put on top $15 for removing the same product that you are getting. Very disappointed and not coming back.

The establishment isn’t the problem it’s the fact that I got my nails done and I was overcharged one they charged me $20 for white nail tips not that they painted it on by hand just the tips then the application looked good while I was in the store but as I got home I seen that certain areas weren’t laid properly after one day of having it the acrylic is lifting the nail tech that I had did not speak any English so it was hard to really communicate if you’re Spanish you should definitely come here because you’ll have a better experience but black women take your butt to galaxy

I’ve been to this location 3 to 4 times, always scheduled an appointment, and unfortunately had to wait, every single time, between an hour up to 2 hours to get my nails started. Don’t get me wrong the employees and owner are very nice but time is valuable and if a customer puts the effort to schedule an appointment the least they can do is start the service on-time.

The prices and “offers” they charge are inconsistent from their website and prices they have hanged on the wall. I would highly suggest clarifying the price of each service you will get done before you start because they will charge you whatever price they decided that day.

Overall their work is great and employees are friendly, but due to price inconsistency and lack of respect and consideration for customer’s time I wouldn’t recommend this place to others at the moment. Hopefully, this feedback helps them improve the quality of their customer service.

I have a nail salon that I regularly go to, but they are closed in Mondays. I decided to come to Unique Nails to get my mani/pedi. Erica, who was my nail tech, did not disappoint! She took her time and even made a perfect color recommendation for me. Awesome service!

That Lil girl at the front desk has no customer service and is very unpleasant. Didn't stay in there 2 mins. I definitely won't be back

I had been searching for a GOOD nail place since I moved to Sunrise 3 years ago. You probably can’t name a nail salon I haven’t been to in my area. It wasn’t until I found Unique Nails that I stopped searching. The location/facility is clean and welcoming. The owners are nice and caring. You’re treated right from the moment you step inside. The owners truly go above and beyond to ensure their clients are satisfied. Karla is my go-to nail technician. Highly recommended!

The technicians go out their to give you what you want. Got a Mani/Pedi and enjoyed the music and shareen and Karla were great

I’ve been looking for 4 months for someone that knew how to do ingrown toe nails and I found Erika! She was just amazing! Very professional and caring. Just love her and happy to have found someone again.

I went to Unique Nails and Spa today, and I have to say I'm very happy I found this salon, very clean, professional, Sherrene helped me and she is very sweet, and did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I would go again
