United Against Poverty reviews
16This establishment has incredible, compassionate employees. They take time out of their days to listen without judging. They assist you in healing through a program the have and critique your resume as well as do mock interviews with you. I was blessed with helping with the pantry to help those who were going through hardships. It was a true honor to assist with this establishment.
Went in today for the first time to this particular store. Very clean & lots to choose from. Thomas was great went above and beyond to be helpful!
The price is very high.of all the expired food is sold cheaper to you, but it's bad and good.they sell it to you at a very expensive price, and those of more things have a price that comes over to the stores, which is very expensive
This place is such a lifesaver. Always fresh produce and a good variety of dry goods. Always make sure to check the expiration date!
Wow! GREAT JOB everyone involved ALL STAFF who Amazing NEW UP CENTER! This new facility is Gorgeous! I was very impressed organized! The grocery store is such a nice Grocery Store.
Great place to stretch that dime to a dollar if you understand the verbiage. Absolutely a benefit to the community.
The employees always great welcome you with a smile they're here to help us out in our community they have the new place now things are coming along very well please go and visit you'll like what you get welcome to Vero Beach
I like this place. It seems that they have replaced the staff with that being said their pricing seems a little more expensive than they used to be. Pity
Sometimes great deals, but very hit and miss. Most of the food is past the expiration date. Worth checking out, but don't expect to find the same items each time.
It was great I loved it and you guys are doing a great job take care and stay safe I will be praying for you guys to be safe and to keep up the good work
It was ok. Some products outdated or near expiration dates. Not everything is clearly marked. But in the end the prices are good and it's a much cleaner, more organized location since they moved. Friendly staff.
There grocery program really helps out in eaving $ on food.you do have to be cautious of dates but of you have a freezer you can do alot.
IT IS A PLACE THAT SPECIALIZE IN HELPING THOSE THAT IS FINANCIALLY UNABLE TO DO THINGS THAT THEY CANT, TO LISTEN HELP TO MAKE THE PERSON TO ENTER JOB MARKET, HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES, IT IS A GREAT PLACE, CHANGING LIVES, GIVING HOPE.
You can always find great deals here. I usually leave with a full cart and for under $100. Love this place.
They really welcome you and will really help you if you are in need the staff are very nice and kind hearted
Terrific cost share member grocery.
The new facility is a tremendous step up from the previous headquarters.
The inventory changes constantly. If am item is desirable and priced well it will disappear off the shelves.
A savvy shopper here will check expiration dates and know the pricing.
They have fresh fruits and vegetables. Canned food items. Frozen meat, fish chicken and vegetarian products. The refrigerated section often has eggs, milk, juice, yogurt and miscellaneous items.
There's usually plenty of snack items and candy to select from.
